Dolma also applies to Turkish and Greek stuffed leaves or peppers. I'm from South East Asia (ASEAN Community), i found Azerbaijan RICE-GRAIN is so Big, nearly TWICE the length of our grains, here (6- 7 mm.), Azer's grain is, says, 12- 13 mm.
