Hello sir, will we get the whole fixed compensation as our in hand salary? Or any tax deductions separately?

I'm former Lead Associate in EY GDS. GDS has worst work culture compared to other big 4. Extreme level of office politics, toxic work environment. Long working hours. I do not recommend anyone to join GDS never ever.

I am 7.3 years experience and got offer from EY GDS but the designation mentioned is only as ‘Senior’. I called HR and they are saying in EY it is like that only. Is it? I was expecting something like Senior Consultant or Senior Software Engineer. Any idea?
Yes senior is fine . After senior it's Manager . In senior you may get senior consultant senior software engineer till tech lead/STL upto assistant manager role

@@sonuy5036 Hey yea so as an associate we will trained(mostly self) with various technologies. We will be put into a team and certian tasks will be assigned based on our knowledge. I just joined 2 months back and haven't been assigned any major tasks.. Still i am in the training phase.
The training is mostly done from udemy.

Let's say : CTC is 20 lakh and variable pay comes 20 % for the role. So VP is 4L. If in case project does not work well or business is ok ok. How much amount will be paid out of 4L? Worst case scenario amount which generally everyone gets paid

I am getting the role for Compliance Analyst Fin Crime in EY GDS Kolkata. My compensation as mentioned, is around 2.8 - 3L. Is it enough to maintain the cost of living in Kolkata ? And what benefits I will be getting ??
If you are bachelor, then its okay .PG cost will around 3-6K/month

Hello sir, I want to know how much time "EYGDS" takes to announce the result. i have given my Assessment on 27th November nd i have not recieved any mail from them after that.....also my exam went really good....my aptitude round was good and my both coding got successfully compiled
