The doll is FANTASTIC! The piece's are great. Some go together and some just dont, but they are all good piece's to mix and match with other fashion's. You did a good job adding outside fashions to try new looks. I think the set is great. It's designed so the owners can play with different styles for their dolls. As usual, great review. I agree! I really don't care for the yellow skirt and blouse. Not many people can wear bright yellow very well. I really like the brown jeans! Do you recall what pack or doll they came with? I love the yellow dress! Prairie dresses were on trend, but it's very niche, if you weren't already into cottagecore/farmcore, 70s, or boho you wouldn't see it. Fashion is weird right now though. I saw a trend report that said the current trend is anything goes.

The yellow top and skirt also reminds me a bit of Magic Curl Barbie's outfit back in 1981/82. (You are right....It would look HEAPS better all white, ecru or a 'boho-ish' brown, or mixed with simpler items like jeans or a tank top for something a bit more street-wise. Though I HAVE seen big, flouncy bright monotone outfits on the runway, and they even make those beanpole models look huge! LOL .... I love your idea of the pink fitted pants with that yellow blouse and a fitted jean jacket or even that leather jacket with the yellow skirt!) I have a life-long love affair with camel coats (though camel makes my skin look green :P ) but I ALWAYS used them in shoots and stuff, so I love hers ... especially with those brown jeans you put it with! I also love those heather grey basic underthings and those mirrored sunnies! I also love your buzzcut BTW.

Agree with you 100% on the prairie top/skirt (which *was* a trend last season, so they weren't wrong about that). I dislike the yellow, but the top would look cute in black or white. Also agree on how strange it is to offer a winter coat and summer bike shorts in the same collection. I wish they'd included some jeans. But otherwise, I love how you put together the pieces on the old and new dolls!

The Barbie style doll is beautiful!! I like her clothes. But, I really wish her clothes were a little more modern, not so 70s Little House on the Prairie look. The only clothes in her collection that I would add to my doll collection of clothes is the coat. Thank you for sharing. I love your videos.

Well I really prefer the yellow two-piece lady style outfit to the whatever plain top+cycling basic shorts under the versatile camel coat. A reason for the selected colour could be an homage to one of the 2021 Pantone colours, that ist, "ultimate grey" and "yellow illuminating"??? Carrie Bradshaw in " And just like that" series wears a similar lady dress with frills in a similar 2022 Pantone colour "very peri". Great video.
