Tormented Echo of Andariel Kill - Cold Imbuement Rogue X Rapid Fire

This is my tormented echo of Andariel run. Build info footage starts at 01:11. This is essentially a Rogue rapid fire X cold imbuement build.

Will they ever fix Rapid fire? Accuracy is a joke for short distance shots

I don't think so xD It drives me insane in pit, one fking goblin mob takes more time than 10 elites

One thing I would suggest is to use boots with evade cooldown reduction as you attack. This way, you get to use evade more often, and also activates the attack speed attribute of the scoundrel ring. Also helps setting a bit of distance to certain targets like goblins so you are able to hit them easier using volley rapid fire build.
Edit: looks like this issue has already been fixed with the recent patch.

so for u to achive this damage u need damage plus critical strike dmg?

Essentially yes, but stagger is also important that is why, if you could see the imprinted aspects I have in my armor stuff along with the stats tempered in them they are mostly about staggering.
