ISO 9001 2015 Clause 4.4 Format for Quality Manual.

In this video I am showing you a typical format for Quality Manual along with what is normally included in this document. You can change it as you like to suit your requirements and preferences. Quality Manual document can be shared with your customers with the permission of your top Management. All other documents e.g. Procedure Manual are totally confidential and only for internal use within the organization.

Do you have complete set of samples for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001?
If you have, can you make a video for those samples? As with samples, it is very easy to understand.

Sir also you have added method of compliance after 4.4, shouldn't we add it before clause 4??? And after method of compliance you again come to 4.3 scope... Why sir??? And also in the method of compliance serial no.3 we have scope as requirement for which so far we don't made any document or format. But you gave a reference to page in manual stating that it is documented... Can scope of qms is documentable?? If so please share a format sir 🙏Please sir I want to make this lockdown useful for my career... Thanks in advance for reading my comment... Please clarify my doubts

Sir i am very much new to this field... In your video regarding format for context of organization you made a table but that table is not present in this manual in section 4.1... Does this mean we should prepare the formats seperately as a document and only reference to that document must be given in manual?? Also can't we just directly attach the format into the quality manual instead of making it a seperate document?? Thankyou in advance for reading my comment... If my doubt is silly please forgive me I am fresher in this field.

Dear sir, in 4.4 it says about qms and its processes.I think that means support oriented process, customer oriented process and manufacturing oriented process.
But as per standard quantity manual is not mandatory

In ISO 9001 2015 there is no mention of Quality Manual and no requirement for it, but it can serve as a useful document for putting together various details of requirements contained in several clauses. The choice is your's for having it or avoiding it. Please do as it suits you.

For quality manual of a training institute of any computer skill, recruiting faculty, proper development of syllabus and proper training and evaluation are the part of core process of institute which should be written at on place. But at the same time these can take their regular places in QM e.g. planning or operation or evaluation. So where should I place these core activities 1. at one place OR 2. Scattered throughout quality manual at their respective places.

Quality Manual normally provides brief information about how we are meeting the requirements of the Standard. It is not desirable to put any exhaustive information regarding the organisation's way of conducting it's operations.
Have a separate document to detail out your core processes. You may call it Procedure Manual or by any other name that suits your requirements. Do give reference of such document in the Quality Manual which provides the outline of the system that you have in place.
