  • In this video I am sharing the formats for planning and review of the quality objectives. You can adopt the formats as given in this video or change them to suit your requirements.     Good Day sir, Can you please help me with understanding this.
    Identify all relevant interested parties stating their interest and how you will manage relationship to enhanced performance of the organisation and its relevant interested parties. Set up a quality policy based on the context of the organisation, needs and expectations of relevant interested parties. Considering the culture and organisational goals, outline minimum of 2 quality objectives derived from the policy and target required Short-term actions to implement them.
