ISO 9001 2015 Clause 6.3 Planning of changes

As and when necessary, any changes to the quality management system may be carried out in a planned manner only, while keeping in consideration the purpose of the changes and the consequences of these changes. The integrity of the quality management system has to be maintained by ensuring that it continues to perform it's intended functions without getting degraded or impaired by the changes. If the changes call for any additional resources, the availability of resources has to be ensured. And lastly, the allocation or reallocation of resources has to be made according to the new requirements.

Clause 6.3 management of change. Have you any suggestion as how you might capture change. My understanding would be one needs to demonstrate all points of this section. Have you a sample of a procedure or record for capturing change.
