Congrats on the course record! I was down there a couple of months back to visit family and decided to run the course as a tempo effort - 3rd finisher but the hills were tougher than I'm used to round home!

Thank you! Yes, conditions slowed me a little and feel I would've been closer to sub 22 had it been dry, but happy with the run. John did well to keep easy and was rewarded with a great race. 👍
Well done on a great run Dawn. Sometimes cameras don’t do hills justice but that triangle part looked STEEP. I’ve not seen one video from this weekend that shows a dry run 🌧️

Well done Dawn, an excellent run on a difficult parkrun course, you certainly smashed the old record by some considerable margin! I think that F60 record will be hard to beat now. By the way I love your run vest with the running brooms logo, who does it for you?
Thanks, Kev. The vest was done by a friend who owns Fastrax. He did them as a gift when we first started. We did get some other items done at a local sports shop.
