Keep Your Daydream guys thank you for your kibd opinions about mexico, if you have chance come to san luis portosi, there is a lot of places to visit and you can eat delicious food. I can sugest real de 14, huasteca. sotano de las golondrinas and a lot of places. thanks again.
It's wonderful that people from the USA are enjoying themselves in Mexico. As a mexican who lives in Mexico this makes me very proud. I've also been treated kindly everywhere in the USA. Common sense is always the key 😉, also treating others the way you want to be treated.
Keep Your Daydream I'm 100% Mexican, born and raised which, in my opinion, gives me just enough moral authority to say...ignore those two negative comments above mine. Todos sabemos que, en cualquier lugar del mundo te van a tratar como tu trates a tus semejantes. Treat others as you wish to be treated :-) ¡ Gracias por visitar mi país !
Finally someone talks sense. I get tired of people saying how dangerous Mexico can be. This man just got done saying they did their travel safely - not driving at night, not going into bars and not looking for trouble. I wish all tourist and visitors would have the same common sense and bring back a good report Thanks; you guys are a wonderful couple. you are much appreciated
Your children are going to have some cool stories to share when their older. Not only the stories, what you are doing allows them to show their friends too. You guys are awesome, Keep up the awesome work! :)
Thank you for your enthusiasm, your thoroughness, friendliness, and smiling faces... It is a joy to watch you in action... And thank you for the camera error, it's fun to know that someone else makes mistakes like I do! Your encouragement has helped me to insist on traveling more with my TT and helped me convince my wife the work is worth it... Can't wait for season 3...
I'm still working on it. We've learned that the sun behind us helps for 30 min Q&A videos... otherwise, we're staring into the sun and we get shadows, but I need to adjust the angle next time. I really wanted that vineyard behind us, but it back fired 20 min later! If I would have had wifi last night... I would have dropped in the clip from the movie Ghost.
Wow!! I have to say this lighting is certainly showing both you Tricia, and Marc to your best advantage. The setting, the natural light, and environment show you both off in a painting by the masters' of the art.God bless you and be with you for the next hundred years!!!
Thanks so much for your channel and especially to inform and teach our brothers and sisters from USA that Mexico is a great country to visit and get to know their beautiful people and culture. Blessings from a mexican living in the great USA 🇺🇸✌️❤️
Thanks Marc and Tricia for your really great videos. The content is superb on all levels, including production values, informational content, and human interest. One of the few channels my wife and I BOTH love! You have inspired us to RV in Mexico.
Diana Bank of America is not partnered up with Santander anymore.. it’s not Scotiabank 👍.. I recently moved to Tijuana from San Diego so I use Scotiabank now..
Great video! I'm Mexican, from California, born and raised but lived in Guadalajara for three years and loved it! I've been back in California for five years now and I'm wanting to go back to Mexico again!!
I am not sure why, but I find the two of you very interesting to watch. Lots of fun between you, its nice to see that. Of course the information you have shared is great.
Excellent video. I've traveled all around Mexico and love it. I get frustrated with people's misconception that it's unsafe, dirty, or whatever. It's actually a beautiful and magical country... And safe. Thank you for helping to dispell the misconception. P.S. Since you enjoy Napa, you will also have to check out Valle de Guadalupe, a beautiful wine region just south of Tijuana.
Thank you for creating Great Content! So many channels are filled with good info but fail when it comes to making their videos watchable. You guys are a pleasure to watch and your interaction is Great!
I went around mexico and found it exotic and warm and the people where so great. As a hispanic i was treated the same way whether they knew i was a gringo or native. I was treated very well. People where so nice. I took buses from mexico city to Guadalajara. I lived in different cities over 4 months and i didnt want to leave. My future retirement country.
Marc and Tricia you are a sweet couple and have an amazing energy. I wish you many more years of adventures together. Thanks for this beautiful contribution.
We drove the Baja in our 1990 Toyota pickup in January 2015. We LOVED it. Cool towns and WOW mountains, rocks that we've never seen before. Maybe we'll see you on the road!
Regil bro I lived in San Diego and then my parents moved to. chicago when I was 15 now 20 years later...I'm telling you that never had a problem living in this city..it depends where you live buddy, if you live in a ghetto neighborhood full of gangs then you and your family won't be happy at all living I a crappy place
Neil Schweiner well I've never experienced any problem buddy...also I've been in Seattle and texas and lived in California and still go back to Cali every time I can, and never had any problem related with robberies...I also have gone to Mexico 2 times in recently years first time I was intersected by bunch of guys and robbed my car after crossing border el Paso texas and Juarez about 70 miles after the border in Mexico's side and another time in guadalajara jalisco., someone stole my chopper bike from my dad's garage(cochera) so,we have had experienced different situations but doesn't mean all states you mentioned are messed up or all mexico is messed up...I still love Mexico and not just because I had bad experiences,I would say I hate it,but I feel more secure over here.
I love the people, but those federales are world class assholes, you have to be on your best behavior when travelling through that country, corrupt as hell. But al least you can hold out for a $5 brive.
Thanks so much. Very helpful information. We are leaving for Mexico for in a week for a 6 month stay and before crossing the border, you have already helped us.
Mexico is amazing. I've been 10 or 12 times and the people have always been nice and helpful. Tip for the animals: Take a picture of you with the animal at the vet's office with the sign visible/legible. Then you can show the animal is yours and that you were physically at the vet. Also make sure the vet's office is aware you're traveling so they wont hesitate to provide info if the authorities call to verify.
Excellent video. So much information shared. Thank you for the time spent gathering all the info. You guys made so many great memories in Mexico. ❤️ you guys.
We had a wonderful time in Juarez Mexico with the beautiful quiet mountains and really beautiful peaceful people! They spoke English and even directed us to beautiful restaurants! The more American you look the better they treat you!
For your next trip, I highly recommend you to visit these 3 adjoining states in the center of Mexico. Start in the beautiful colonial city of San Luis Potosí and drive to Real de Catorse where the movie, The Mexican, with Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt was filmed. Drive down to Leon, Guanajuato known as Mexico's shoe capital. Than, go to world famous San Miguel de Allende (the city with the most Americans in Mexico). Afterwards visit the City of Guanajuato, the most beautiful colonial city in all of Mexico. Visit Guanajuato during the Festival International Cervantino, you won't regret it, I promise you. Drive southeast and visit another wonderful colonial city, Querétaro. Travel north and explore the ecological region known as the Sierra Gorda. You'll be amazed with the richness of its wildlife and plant life due to its many ecosystems. Enter back in the state of San Luis Potosí and explore la Huasteca Potosina. This rainforest is known for its many waterfalls. A stop at Xilitla and a visit to Las Pozas Garden is a must, and if you are adventurous enough parachute down the Cave of Swallows, an open air pit measuring 333 meters in height.
We drove and dry camped in every state in Mexico, even found a way through the copper canyon area that apparently can’t be done! All in a2 W D eurovan . No problem at all! Loved the people and places. Also did most of Guatemala. Found some parts of USA a bit iffy.
Muchas Gracias!!! Anyone who shows ANY interest in my Culture, my country or my language...I automatically LOVED THEM. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO COOL. Mi Casa es Su Casa;) Have fun Amigos\m/
Great video!!! I live between San Antonio, Texas and Monterrey, Mexico and this video is amazing. I'm so glad that y'all enjoy a part of Mexico. Come to visit Monterrey, one of the biggest cities in this country! Regards!
I love this channel, the information consistency just to the point. The way you both communicate is incredibly professional! I'm learning things I don't even knew about my country and I'm learning english at the same time. Keep doing Excellence!
Omg I feel so happy that more and more turists are enjoying the good things my country has to offer. I loved the video, the information was fantastic and I'm sure I'll be learning a lot about my own country haha. Welcome anytime you want. Already subscribed. Greetings from Mexico City :D
You both are so cute and I love the way you support each other in a conversation, you. This migh be my favorite video is your because of how much you are interested in each other’s input
It’s actually pretty easy to travel around Mexico. I’ve been living here in Tijuana for about 9 months and always take solo trips to different parts of Mexico .. I recommend you guys do Chihuahua.. take el chepe train 🚂 to Creel and barrancas de cobre then to Los Mochis.. Cheers 🍻
Woww!! Its so nice that you guys had a great time in mexico! I currently live in texas but i'm from Tamaulipas mexico and its great for you guys to help others who want travel to my lovely mexico. Love the video and si algun dia necesitan algo con gusto ofresco mi ayuda. If you guys ever need anything and i will be more then welcome to help!!
I also want to mention when going to Mexico I really suggest getting a house or condo thorugh airbnb is much cheaper. Also Uber is your friend. When I go to certain places in Mexico I always take uber to go from point A to B and so on. Some people like taking the bus the old fashioned way, but uber is more reliable in my personal opinion. I remember in my last trip to guadalajara and puerto vallarte I was there for almost a month and I only spent like $37 U.S using uber and this were long road trips.
Hi guys -another interesting video from you. You are the best om the "tube". 👍🏻 @Marc; no Oscar for best fotage for this one 🙊😁 @Tricia; I love it when you got e little "tipsy" ❤️😎🥂Cheers and hugs from Sweden 🤗
Your guys' videos are the number one thing I look forward to every weekend!! :) Thank you for sharing your journey on here. Your videos have definitely been the inspiration behind myself and my fiancé wanting to become full time traveling RVers within this next year! I love how your family is down to earth, hilarious and all around great people. It really makes it easy to watch your videos every weekend :) My fiancé and I just moved back to Wyoming from living in Portland, OR for a year. Not sure if Portland is on the list for Season 3, but I would definitely recommend it! The Portland Saturday Market is a GREAT place to go and the town and surroundings are absolutely gorgeous! Sorry for the long comment, haha. I have been watching you guys for quite a while now and figured I'd finally comment :) Thanks for being a real genuine family!
you guys look like such a happy couple happy for you guys, happy you had a good time, don't let no negativity ruin your vacations and have a good time everytime god bless.
Such a great resource you guys have put together here to go with some of our fav vids from the tube. Thanks for putting together quality shows. We love how fun you guys and your kids are. Mucho Bueno...lol
This is 3 years after your Mexico adventure. Your q & a was SO helpful! Just to help your, ahem, accent, when you see a tilde over an "N" (ñ) just pretend theres a Y behind the N. You'll get it right every time! (I speak Spanish & taught it yrs ago.) ¡Buen viaje!
*My parents retired to Mexico in March. We visited them in August and we're going every summer. I'm a little jealous I must admit.* _They're in their late 60's and live a more active life than younger people!_ *_LIKED, SUBSCRIBED & SHARED!_*
The food in Mexico is soooo good. And the best real old fashioned watermelon tastes sweet and delicious. Same with the pineapple. Ten times better than from Hawaii. Now the locals. They are fantastic. I struck up plenty of conversations with the locals. We talked like we were best friends. They're fun to be with.
You're awesome guys! hope you went to Chapala Lake it's 30 min far from Guadalajara, the biggest Lake in Mexico. I was born in Guadalajara but raised up in the Rivera besides the Lake. Also you can find there one of the most large foreign people community. Thanks for sharing your experience down there! Mexico it's great.👌
This was an awesome title. I was gonna fight y’all but lol, you got me. I’ve learned so much about Mexico from you tubers and I’m learning Spanish right now. I think I’d feel safer in Mexico than in America honestly.
Great to see you're having a great time in California, in your sweaters! I'm in the Prescott area in AZ sweltering. Ok, its only in the upper 80's but that's hot for us. It makes my day when I see a new video posted from you. Be careful out there.
Glad to hear you guys had such a great time! I must admit that I thought of so many funny comments during the video that I could have injected. U answered so many great questions and one you left out I guess would be a non starter as being back in the USA the getting back in was not that hard. I knew you would catch the ULSD question? Definitely going to sharing this video with my friend who thinks traveling Mexico is the equivalent entering a bears hibernation den with fresh salmon strapped to your body about the time it wakes up or wearing a "Viva Las Mexico" t-shirt to a T.....p rally.
LOTS of great info here! AND...I am all caught up! YAY! Hope I stay that way. LOL I am in the middle of purchasing one of your shirts! Love the berry color!!! ~Donna
No we love you guys lol ..your so awesome ...we Cannot believe what a great couple/ family you all are ..thank you..season 3 here we come lol anxiously waiting
DEFEND DACA There is NO defense of DACA. Just like in YOUR home, when the party is over, the invited guests MUST LEAVE. It is time to say goodbye and LOCK THE DOOR. Not have them invite the rest of their families (in chain migration) to occupy your home. No, I'm sorry as in YOUR home, they too must leave OR PAY to stay.
Roger didit Well if we're gonna play that game then why are white people still in the United states, they aren't natives to the land lol they invaded it
Chris Segura Invaded? You mean SETTLED. The Indians that were here were not the ORIGINAL owners of the land. EVERY NATION has migrants and settlers. We have immigrants FROM THE ENTIRE WORLD! Just because Indians dotted the landscape it didn't entitle them to ownership of the land. It's not what land you sit on. It's what you have INVESTED in the land that matters. They had nothing.
Roger didit hahaha, No, the Natives, they were clearly invaded. As a matter of fact they were kicked out of their homes and sent elsewhere to start over. As for DACA, they are paying, within 1-2 years it expires and so they have to pay to renew it. Also your analogy isn’t very good, DACA receiver are more like foster kids, to receive DACA you have to meet certain requirements, have to have been younger then 16 when you came to the US, were under the age of 31 as of June 6, 2012, there are more like can’t have felony or any misdemeanor, but that sets the person to have been basically raised in the US, they have to either be in school or graduated, DACA receiver have nothing to go back to but also have no permanent spot in the US as of now. Finally, you must be a shitty host if you make your guest pay
Ar.In.G So, then in your world view,to occupy the land means to "own" it? Is that they way the world works NOW, or EVER in history? And to what extent? If they live on ten square miles, does that mean they own a thousand square miles? That's ridiculous. And your DACA program was ILLEGAL. It was formulated to bypass congress and put in place as a TEMPORARY (say that again) measure. Now one minute you say the DACA "kids and the next it's people in their thirties! They have a BIRTH country that they came from. Now, that the program of TEMPORARY asylum is over, the are expected to RETURN to that PLACE OF BIRTH. The million plus that are here can APPLY like anyone else. They should be granted NO SPECIAL PRIVILEGE anymore than others that apply for citizenship. This was CLEARLY an attempt to make the USA a more "diverse" IE less white country.
Great video and thank you for encouraging my wife and myself to take it to the next level in life, to take the risk and commit to the adventure. I am 72 years old my wife is 65 years old and your videos are Inspiration for us to continue an adventurous lifestyle. We've traveled to 35 countries and by seeing how you take on the challenges has given us the courage to do things that we have not felt comfortable doing. The bottom line we are getting out of the comfort zone. What advice would you give us? You're doing it and thank you for what you're doing it is appreciated all.Jerry & Lori
Julius Lewis you can retire in Mexico. Check youtube videos of Americans living in San Miguel Allende Guanajuato, cheap cost of living, nice people and great weather. I'm not from there BTW I'm from the Mexican State of Aguascalientes(hot waters) wich is also very beautiful, great weather and nice people
Great video, thanks. You can register the vehicles and pay by credit card before you cross. Speeds up the process. You still need to stop but it is way less stressful. BBVA bank links with US BBVA, easy pesos from ATM's.

If you have Bank of America you can use Banco Santander in Mexico in order to avoid fees for withdrawing at other bank's ATM.

I love american people from Mexico our brothers and sisters
Hell nah
Wow thank you so much, my husband and myself plan on going down with our rv to Mexico . So helpful ...
This was a great video! Very useful.
Love when people come to my country and enjoyed it! Give it a chance and fall in love with it.
Great Q&A. I work every day in Nogales and absolutely live the Mexican people and Sonora
John Barba Tequeria Lupita next to comercial VH has the best tacos de chicharron, a classic for decades !
Glad you liked your trip to México, hope you'll come back soon
I also want to mention when going to Mexico I really suggest getting a house or condo thorugh airbnb is much cheaper. Also Uber is your friend. When I go to certain places in Mexico I always take uber to go from point A to B and so on. Some people like taking the bus the old fashioned way, but uber is more reliable in my personal opinion. I remember in my last trip to guadalajara and puerto vallarte I was there for almost a month and I only spent like $37 U.S using uber and this were long road trips.
Great video! Looking forward to season 3! Cheers from Canada!
Lol on both accounts
The absolute best ATM card is First Republic. Use it anywhere: no ATM fees on either end, no foreign exchange fees, good exchange rates.
You guys are so cool. Salud! 🍷
Done. Portland Market is now on the list! Thx!
Thanks for all the info.

Thanks Brad. We pushed to get this out today before Season 3 officially starts tomorrow.
So much great information, thanks!
This is 3 years after your Mexico adventure. Your q & a was SO helpful!
Just to help your, ahem, accent, when you see a tilde over an "N" (ñ) just pretend theres a Y behind the N. You'll get it right every time! (I speak Spanish & taught it yrs ago.)
¡Buen viaje!
Thanks for another great video!
*My parents retired to Mexico in March. We visited them in August and we're going every summer. I'm a little jealous I must admit.* _They're in their late 60's and live a more active life than younger people!_
*_LIKED, SUBSCRIBED & SHARED!_*
Welcome. We have 16 vids on Mex - check out our playlist for Season 2 and we just got back from Tulum.
Awe man how cool are you guys!!! God bless you guys and America y viva Mexico!
Mexico it's great.👌
We heard about it, but didn't have time. We'll do it next time! We also wanted to visit Patron which was past Guadalajara.
Yet another awesome vid. Lots of learning to be had there. Book marked that on the map. Thanks guys
Great video. Hope you return soon to Mexico. Greets from the big Mexico City.
This was incredibly helpful, thank you!
Excellent video. I have considered moving to Ajijic, but I know I should visit first. You answered a lot of great questions. Thanks.
Thanks for all the info. Love your channel, and Tricia is so funny with a little buzz on. LOL
#TravelingGingers

You're too kind Jerry as always. Working on the vid now. Have to stop replying to comments. Okay, this is the last one (for now).
Nayarit is a excellent place to go lol. My mom is from there and we spent a majority of our time in her home town of San Rafael:-)
BEAR ALLIANCE i am wondering what experience they had that they said "out" hmm
Great job! Let season 3 begin.
Your children are going to be very cultured thats great.
I am 72 years old my wife is 65 years old and your videos are
Inspiration for us to continue an adventurous lifestyle.
