I recently came across you. I lived in McKeesport 20+ years ago. I am now in South east Ohio. I respectfully ask, please do a video of Petty st. and Freemont (you were so close to it. lol) I lived on both in my middle school Cornell (is it stil there?) to High School days. Would love to see them again. In this post, I'm surprised George washingting is gone. I can remember picking my brother up there via Pat buss back to Petty... Thank you for the memories. I liked and subscribed.. I am going to look at your other posts. (y) Also the For lack of words, down town plaza. You might have done one. I still gotta check you page. I want to come pack to the port....
I enjoy the ride alongs and seeing how much Mckeesport has changed since I worked there starting in 1974. In the near future can you go to Idaho Street, Jefferson Street, Huey Street, Center Street and Center Street extension. 👍👍👍👍👍
I grew up on Maple Street off of Versailles Avenue there was a bar on top of the Street called the Shamrock. I was getting served at 16 years old there LOL
@@marcdamico1987 Yeah I used to sneak into some bars too at that age. Hey, Maple and Versailles still looks really nice. Are there parts of McKeesport still nice and safe or do people from the bad areas come up there, It is a beautiful location for a town. The hills, the river.
Sad what's become of McKeesport & much of the mon valley, but when your contract gives you 14 weeks paid vacation you have to admit USWA was cutting it's own throat
Thank you for traveling palmgreen street I love your videos I live in mckeesport I would like to meet you

At 7:41 I am looking at my uncle Johnny's house. Somehow he saw what was coming and moved to Zelienople Pa. in the mid 1960s. Smart man.
Did you catch home painted black and gold?? Thanks brings memories for 83 year old living in FL
Love the videos man!

That is so weird to see a bar in the middle of a residential neighborhood,
When i grew up0p here there were a lot of bars in the neighborhoods. And Mom an Pop stores.
@@waltergarner346 In CA the zoning is strict division between residential and business. A store or bar on a Wet street would be cool.
Great videos!
