I don't even know what I can comment on about this story. It's such an insane set of circumstances, even more when I thought when you guys started tweeting about it. But it was, quite a journey to hear the whole story so great video! Liz's editing is excellent as always (shoutout to that National Treasure clip, I know it's an obvious choice but it made me happy), and I love the art of you two! It looks so cool.
When I first listened to the podcast version of this, I swear, I'd never laughed as much at a podcast. One of my favourite things on the internet for sure.

One thing I wanted to add though: As a fat lady fighting for fat acceptance, it makes me real sad that MeatLoaf (one of the most important fat icons in pop culture) had to make such gross body-shaming comments, when I would have hoped he would have said quite the opposite (in addition to you know... the rest of his "interesting" thoughts.) Y i k e s - way to see a dude's true colors. Thanks for your awesome content as always and keeping rocking on!
This video was 6 months before his death from Covid and at that time he was a mask and covid precaution denier. I never took him for a right-wing extremist but I guess Covid shoved him over the edge. So sad. You guys are hilarious though. Keep it up. 😂
A guy who has been lip-syncing in concerts for years, because his voice is completely shot and he can't sing on pitch anymore to save his life, wants to call out other people over their music? Hey Meat, you don't remember when you lay on stage and your vocals still came out of the PA loud and clear, because you were unconscious from "dehydration", but the audience sure does! Was it live, or was it Meatloafex? I shouldn't rag on the guy, he hasn't been all there mentally in quite a while.
My father got me into Meatloaf as a kid and I always loved singing the music. I didn’t realize how much of his platform was antifa related honestly until after he passed. It’s so sad and disappointing that this is the past he chose. :/
