I need this to qualify so bad not only because it's such a guilty pleasure/catchy song for me but I'm fighting in the trenches trying to defend it 😭 Hope Emmy's planning on a revamp and to bring it on for the staging if she does so it'll probably qualify, specifically with more casual viewers

@@ESCGiorgio the main thing for me is that even though it's a catchy earworm of a song, I'm kinda missing a high point near the end. The key change is serviceable, but I would love there to be something more. Something that would really captivate the audience in Basel even more and get her through to the final. But this is all just my opinion and I still think she had a fighting chance with this version. Besides, I'm obvs not an expert at this so for all I know I could be talking nonsense. I'm just hoping for something to cement her qualification because the current reviews I see are pretty divisive
@@Lunicaplays oh Uhm u are right tbh I love the song but indeed it could have been called repetitive from some people and yeah the key change is smart but it’s true that it needs something more powerful or memorable at the end. I think she will revamp it tbh
@ yeah I agree. If she does I think she's more likely to qualify than not! If a bit of that repetitiveness is removed and a bit of a high point is added she had good chances. I also think a high point could also be good for the staging. This is a song that needs that energetic and crazy staging to leave a lasting impression and get votes. Either way, wishing Emmy the best of luck this year!
