20 years ago Charlotte was affordable. Now today, these prices are ridiculous. Today I would never move to Charlotte. Why would I want to move to a crime ridden meh town with phony people? There's nothing here for single people

Cheap construction that doesnt last in tornados and hurricanes. Any new build with HOA is theft, risks.
