- While we have the largest Colonial empire in the World our country has drastically fallen back on the world stage. Our military is in catastrophic condition and our economy is even worse!
At least we have a competent king right? NO!!
Will we be able to steer Spain to a brighter future or will we fall into the abyss of forgotten empires?

If you think about it, the Visigoths were German, as well as the Franks, Lombards, Anglo Saxons, and Even Scandinavia. So in a quirky way the flag of this. United Europe makes sense!
Yeah but germans as a united ethnicity doesn't make sense, all these "germans" are different from each others, and btw Visigoths/ostrogoths came from Romania/Ukraine/Causian territory
We could also think of Greek flag or Roman flag, as they are the first civilisation to truly kinda unite most of europe
Or frankish kingdom (as its greatest under Charlemagne) maybe ?
But well all of this doesn't really make sens anyway

The time between the spanish golden century and Napoleon is almost 200 years. But anyway
What happened at the beginning of the video is the "Spanish succession war" (1701-1715) during which France won and put a bourbon in charge of spain (ironically, today, the only bourbon ruler is still the actual spanish king)
U can say this war showed that the Spanish golden age was over, and the sick man of europe was on its death bed, as Europe would try to enforce a leader to Spain
Napoleon kinda just finished the job, but Spain was already in complete decline for centuries already

Spain had 2 declines, the first one was after we los our military domination over Europe, but while the peninsule was declining, the rest of Spain in America was the richest part of the world. The second decline was after the French and English invaded us and helped the traitors like Bolívar and San Martín

Great video, not very usual to see videos on this mod. If you plan on making another video on this mod then i'd recommend the Ottoman Empire, they're in a pretty bad situation just like the spanish and there are possibilities to expand (in Austria, persia ect..)
