Already got it
This is what I requested before. Thank you so much for awesome videos bro. I would like to request a tutorial for wheelie next time. GOD Bless you from Philippines.
Greg can get his knee down in a car
He can get his bike down on a knee. No, wait, don't.
lol!!!
Mac Truck - with a trailer - knee down - now THATs impressive!
Hahaha😂😂
@@iota8732 haha
I'd trust this guy's teachings with my life lol
:)
"Tomorrow isn't promised.“ This reminder always convinces me to have fun!
Hell Yeah! My current lesson! You listened to my prayers!
How steady you hold the line and the angle of the bike. It looks effortless.
I have to relax harder... my face, my hands, my brain...
Thanks so much!
Always feared that attempting to get a knee down would scrape the CVT but this video has taught me how to do it properly. Thanks!
Dude, Thanks; I’ve been waiting for this kind of video for a long time! Hope you’re enjoying the bike! Although my C400 X is blue I have the fenders on mine as well which has been great for practicing, couldn’t help getting excited to see someone I respect so much do the same! Keep up the good work!
Thanks!!
I am in Europe and I ride a scooter so really enjoy your scooter vlogs. Great lessons 👍👍
Awesome! Thank you!
I’m riding my Honda click (Vario) 125i scooter the way i wanted to,This video helps me a lot. ❤️
Wow ! A knee drag tutorial on a scooter, I Hope to see more Motojitsu content regarding trail braking, cornering and body positioning on a scooter 👍👍👍
Will all be the same..bike doesn't matter but yes, will go out in the twisties and make a video. Technique is what matters, not the bike.
Finally a good video about scooter riding technique. I've seen a lot of videos about motorcycle riding technique, but rarely about scooter. I know the basics are just same with typical motorcycle, but a video about scooter is kinda refreshing. I hope you still make videos about scooter riding in the future.
More to come ;)
I thought it was very inventive. I have never see any photos of a rider using a scooter for such a purpose. It proves that it’s your technique that counts, not the bike. Thanks for sharing. ✌️
:) thanks
One of the best at explaining body positioning and forum!
:) thanks
Your the only person that can make riding a scooter look cool 😎
:)
proud new Vespa 150 owner, and i love your scooter content!
Recently bought a suzuki burgman 400. Love it, but i wondered. First bike. 58 yrs old. This makes me realize, as you say, it's not the bike, dummy! Thanks. More than you know! You've helped me a lot with your videos.
😊😊👍🏼👍🏼
Finally the content ive been waiting for almost a year 😁 thank you moto jitsu 💯🙏
More to come! :)
Thanks for the Tips Eddie! Awesome!
Very cool, you're an artist bro. I dig the crash bars too! If mad max was rocking a scooter that is pretty close to what I would imagine!
😊👍🏼
Agreed! Are those crash bars aftermarket? I would like something like that for my scooter!
Great !!! .... Not sure I'll be able to say all I want to here .... I'm 68 yrs old, after 50 yrs on large bikes, I bought a 2006 Burgman 400, loved it from day 1 :-) , and you are now confirming what I found out, I ride with both feet pushed firmly forward to connect solidly with the scoot for control. Nowadays all the large scooters have ABS, mine has linked brakes, left lever is 70% rear brake + 30% front brake, a dopey idea if you live in Brazil, it cost me a broken collar bone, when you have loose gravel, sand , rain on top of oily streets emergency braking can send you to the asphalt ! (an expensive learning curve). I anxiously await your slow turns, controlling the centrifugal clutch is tricky, might not be on a tight, brand new, scoot, but that's a luxury out of my range ! hahaha ....... I have just as big a grin riding the scoot as I did on my 1200/1000s etc.. :-)
:)
I just recently learned how to drive...just on a scooter. First I got a yamaha n max 155cc just to practice on. And a second one honda pcx 150...I was watching and hoping you could do some hints on scooter just like that...now I got a kymco ak550 and really I know I will be learning a lot from you...keep it up...I just need to download the new app that you just made...thanks...
More videos to come with it:)
Loving the content ....looking forward to more scooter stuff - don't really see many quality no BS Vids 👏👏
:) thanks
When you got the scooter I joked about when we will see the knee down. And here it is...
And in full Dainese leathers on a scooter that has crash bars.... 🤯
You're awesome, man! 💪💪💪
YES!
This was a great video ..im using Yamaha Nmax v1 scooter i will share this video to all my friends here in the Philippines most of us here are riding a scooter maybe your next vlog is all about cornering and how to avoid overshoot when riding our scooters. Thanks mate😊👍
I have an entire playlist on higher speed turning...and 99% of all my videos apply to any bike. "how to avoid overshooting a corner" no matter what bike I've done already many time and have lots of videos about the brakes and trail braking and turning.
Thays awesome man!!! Been waiting for this video
Hope you enjoyed it!
You can knee down even on a tricycle with the best explanation. Always a pleasure Greg. For some reason, knee down on this thing is just creamy, smooth and beautiful to watch. Just blends with you.
thanks!
Motojitso heres my knee down figure 8 motion thanks for sharing more power
Hi man (or Sensei).. this is One of the best video about big scooters on the entire tube and still.. still everybody mentioning u-turns, and here you are talking about the knee in the most precise way, but nobody talks about fast narrow curves with big scooters.. can the knee help?.. I mean, everytime I end up in the situation where, in an unknown path, After a big acceleration I suddenly meet a blind and narrow (but still fast ) curve and I find myself in trouble.. I mean.. cornering fast, sometimes, expecially in big cities, safe your Life from the big SUV Who follows you at 5 meters distance, or Audi, BMW, ... fill with any fast car. Everytime I try to bend my scooter too much ( Kymco downtown 300i, not the best, but the Only I get), I feel the back weel losing grip. The best way I find for myself (but I know it's the opposite to right way) not to lose to much Speed, is getting into the curve straight, like a Rocket, then suddenly breaking with the scooter still straight, then bending rapidly and in the end rising the scooter quickly. Doing that, One time I met a spot of oil, and I quite died.. no real damages, but real close to a guardrail..
May the knee help? Do I have to try a bit on some parking lots?...
See ya...
P.s. really nice job...
Thanks MotoJitsu for this video. You are the best
You're welcome :)
Nicely done. No nonsense presentation! 👍 😊
There you go, it is so helpful !
:)
Awesome channel. Might you have a video or two on a 125cc Zuma? I passed my motorcycle skills test, but it was not pretty. Needless to say, no stalls and thank God, no spills.
thanks
Great explaining and job.
thanks
You have really crazy ideas but I like how it makes you fun! Good ScootaJitsu!!!
:)
Cool video, as soon as the snow is gone I'm gonna practice this.
:)
Nice work. I have listened and learned a lot. Practice, practice.
👍🏼
I think your content is so good that it doesn't need any more than an iPhone to record! It's just fine like that!
greets from BERLIN
that's the way I do most of my videos and will continue to do :)
Amazing! Enjoyed the video very much, thanks! I own a scooter and I am ways from doing turns like that. I will shut up and practice 😉, but is great to see it is possible to do these things safely on a scooter. 👍
welcome :)
I used to own a small Yamaha FZ motorcycle but had to sold it for university expenses. Than, I bought a Yamaha ZXR 125 scooter and totally can do a knee drag. But, due to the lightweight and springy suspension, I could not push it as I want it. Imagine having that BMW scooter, I bet I could out perform most of the beginner's bike around my vicinity. Man! I really want that scooter.
👍🏼
Man you make it it look so effortless ......I'd get out and practice but gave my scooter to my brother
Anything is with practice! :)
It's really fun for you to do it
And for us to watch and learn.
:)thanks
Knee down.. on a scooter... with a foot off... and a hand off... this guys going to reading the newspaper next 😂 brilliant stuff mate. Appreciate the time you put into your content. I’ve learnt a lot. Thanks
Thanks lol
Ok! I will take my nailnew Vespa GTS 300 and will try it👍😬
After Snow is gone😇
Thanks for showing and Greetings from Germany!
Have fun!
thanks
Wow! Amazing! Really true that "It's fun"
Thanks for the tutorial. Will apply it with my scooter.
welcome :)

This is so cool. You make me want to drive a sport scooter. Serious, i will enjoy this so much more then my old heavy R1100RT i drive now. Please keep on teaching us with your scooter. By the way, there is a tool to block your gas handle with only 1 finger so you can do every drill with both hands.
:)
Cool man. I need to find a nice open spot like that to practice some drills
:)
Crash bars look very odd on a scooter, even if they make perfect sense. Great lesson! Thanks!
So much fun :)

You do a great job explaining the techniques and 2 thumbs up to your camera guy also! Subscribed
Thanks for the sub!
I wish I could ride a bike or scooter , because I'm under 18 , and it is not legal .
Once I get my license I would be practicing whole day in a parking lot somewhere . Love your videos , love from India 🇮🇳.
thanks!
Thats amazing. That machine is great.
Sure is a fun bike :)
ممتاز جدا كالعادة.......
Well done bro....be safe.
:)
Amazing videos. Been watching many tutorials and I can say that this is the best of them all.
It's just unfortunate we don't have the luxury of a large and empty parking space to practice on.
Hoping to find a good spot and practice these.
I'm from Philippines btw.
thanks
MotoJitsu.com for my App, books, merch, affiliate links, etc.
Watched this already last year and i find my self rewatching the whole thing over again and practice in my mind cause like this guy im also from ph and we really dont have these kinds of spaces here and even if we do owners, non owners or by standers will call you off to get out and find another place to practice or play :/
Great. You would get a knee down on a coffee machine, bro. Awesome.
lol!!!
lol
Mind blown!! I guess I now can go out & buy a track suit to wear on my scooter. I'm sure Dainese didn't even know they could market to scooter riders!
I of course don't ride with this besides on the track, but I did in this video just for fun.
Thanks dude that was fun
Glad you enjoyed it
SIR 1ST THANK YOU FOR TEACHING US UNSELFISHLY 🙏, WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE CRASH BARS I WOULD LIKE TOGET SOME MYSELF?
hahaa love your every single vid man, you are truly becoming a master. good luck and thank your for your lessons.Btw is that scooter new toy ? :D
thanks!!!
This was very informative! I was wondering how to do that on scooter and what are the techniques. Foot placement is where i had no idea how to do it properly.
instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Nice one Eddie,i also have a Scooter (Honda PCX 125) but i don´t do that :D
:)
Damn, those iPhone cameras are getting really good. I legitimately thought you had a hired man with a rented camera or something.
I have never nor will I do that. 95% of all my videos are with my phone.
Legend!
:)
Moto jitsu love your full leather wow must be cold looks well cool 😃
Was nice out...not cold.
..... I'll post this to the FaceBook scooter groups. :-)
Nice! didn't know there were any :)
Not sure if you still have your scooter (why would you sell it?) but could you make a seperate playlist just for those of us who only have scooters, it would be much appreciated. One of my all time favourite channels.
No playlist but I have a bunch of videos of scooter specific videos
Yess! Finally!
👍🏼
I applied that thing you said "push left to go left" and vice versa. I somehow screamed inside my helmet Dude it worked! Now i can corner with full confidence. Thank you sensei!
Amazing... it can really be done on a scooter... 😁
I'll try to do it on my NMAX 🤞 😂
:) of course, bike doesn't matter
Hi Sir, do you counter steering when you put your knee down
Watched all the vids with the C400X and now I want one badly. I may go with the GT, I do 600km rides, it may be better for me than the X.
Legend has it, that this guy can get his knee down on a pogostick
The legend is true!
What type of scooter guard do you have? I just bought a c400gt
These videos wold be asome with the help of a drone for extra perspectives
Maybe one day
that was beautiful
:)
Nice bro
:)
Hey, thanks to your videos I've managed to get my knee down, after a lot of practise. But I'm having problems with the pad, since it only touches the upper tip of it instead of the entirety of it... Is that a body position problem? Lack of leaning? I would like to know it since it seems you are touching with the full pad instead of just a small spot.
Depends on your bike and position...but once you see where it's scrapping, adjust it so, best case scenario it's hitting flat in the middle :)

whenever u r 8yo or u r in the 40s

And I was in the Marines for 11 years!! Love it :)

@@MotoJitsu lmao
The last time I got my knee down was when my bike fell over!?!?!?!
more practice needed.
nice, haven't found a tutorial for scooter and was wondering how to properly position my foot. Helped a lot, keep it up👍
by the way, since scooter doesn't have a gas tank on the front, how do you pull yourself up after the knee bend is done?
Counter steering. Don't need my legs to do anything.
@@MotoJitsu thanks👍
I'm here after my harrowing Topanga Canyon experience lol it was fun but I need a lot of practice
What is the ideal speed to do this cornering and what tyre do you use?
around a 40ft diameter circle, between 18-25mph. The entire bike is stock including tires. There's no magic tires..only technique matters.
Check out MotoJitsu.com for my new app, book, merch, etc. Thanks for watching.
Question from a newbie like me. As I've watched from fort9 and you giving reaction from his vids, can counter lean be applied to scooters as well? From what i understand with counter lean is that it's pretty much useful on a tight corner or if u wanna save ur ass from potential danger.
Please do that on a Super Cub or a Trail125. Thanks.
Thank you very much for this precise tutorial. I am a bit worried about my kickstand. Would you advise dismantling it and just leave the side stand?
don't worry about it...just go practice.
@@MotoJitsu i appreciate your reply very much. when i have a passenger with me, it tends to scrape on the pavement. Worrying about getting caught in Gully Grate or such. Wish you all the best and thank you for all your valuable experience you share
you're seriously asking me about riding around with a passenger, on a scooter, and doing knee down?
@@MotoJitsu No, misunderstood. Just the fact that will little lean Angle and more weight it scrapts, makes me worry that If alone at a certain lean Angle IT could be dangerous. I think ur Scooter didnt seem to have a Kickstand. So my question arose, perhaps you having dismantled your Kickstand.
of course it has a kickstand, every bike does.
Can you do a video on buying/selling bikes and also keeping a lite grip on the handlebars? I watched moto gp guys corrner with literally only 2 fingers on the bar and their palm floating while us new riders have death grips. Thanks!
I have a video about numb hands :)
F,,ing amazing!!!! Can't wait for spring!Out on my Burger with leathers!!!!???!
Burger?
Yeh! it's short for Suzuki Burgman,. Scooter talk, you'll get the hang of it!!!! He,He!
👌 nice... knee down on a scoot 🤙

Moto jitsu just leant somthing new putting knee down on scooter didn’t know could be done lol 😀
any motorcycle...doesn't matter.
@@MotoJitsu you make it so easy wish you coud teach me to pass motorcycle test and new skills

Ex-Marine: Challenge Accepted! (Invents a new racing circuit for scooters)
lol!
Awesome! Hey, what's that mount you have for your go pro on the chin? I want to put mine there but don't want to mess with the ventilation, that looks like it solves that problem.
Motoradds chin mount. I have a video where I talk about all the gear I have where I mention it :) How to motovlog I think it's called.
Sweet, I'll check it out. I'm worried about having it on the side of my helmet in case a wreck, could impose torque on my neck it catches on something. Thanks!
You got a video about stretches too? Have you made a video for everything I need in life perchance?
Yes, my 3rd book Eternal Sky, Clouds Passing By :) MotoJitsu.com/shop
Haha This is awesome!!:)
Thanks! 😄
Ive been using the footpegs on my scooter and I find it very fun and easy to do lean turns however I am worried about my thin wheels slipping whilst turning, any advice?
Its okay to do knee drag on scooter but be advise that scooter is made for city driving ans commute, nothing to sports oriented bikes. I do have scooter as well but mostly it depends on ourselves trusting our bike and the tires. You can do knee drag on thin tires but do it with caution as well. Here in Philippines my mates can knee drag 80/80/14 tires... thats a little bit thin tires.
Where did you find the crash guard on the front of that scooter?
Who would have thought about getting a knee down on a Scooter except you!! LMFAO!! 🤣😂 Awesome video SenSei!
What's next? Knee down on a Razor or skateboard? 😜😆
Thanks :) I've already done it on a Bird scooter.
@@MotoJitsu LOL SenSei!!! 🙌😂
