I wish when they explore these abandoned house's that they would then go to the city library/ court house and do some research into these property's and previous homeowners so that we could possibly get some answers...even neighbor's may know a lot more than you would think! It would just be so nice to finally have a story that goes along with watching these video's as to why everything is left the way it was?!!
Yes, I'm ALWAYS left dieing to know the back stories. I was a Loan Officer at one point - it's easy enough to go to the local Assessor's Office & look through the property tax records/names & then research from there. I always want to know who these people/families are who have such wealth that they can walk away rather than selling the property, or just simply putting it up for auction. Do none of these abandoned properties have loans against them? Why didn't the bank repossess the collateral & put the property up for auctuon? A lot of these homes/estates/castles would have easily sold at auction PRIOR to being left to decay through time. I come from NO money. I've always been financially relegated to rent shoe box sized apartments. I'll NEVER be able to wrap my head around some of these properties which EVEN I could have gotten a mortgage on & purchase at auction. My heart cries for all of these missed/wasted opportunities.
I actually done a lot of research on this place, and I found out that the former owners, where a Folk-Thrash-Acid-Metal band called Lilith's Greasy Hemorrhoid Tube. The group moved out after their sudden break up, due to the lead singer Weezils, accidental severing of his penis on stage at the little known, but wildly popular, underground F.T.A.M festival, known as Rock for Cocks. Apparently the band at the time was working on their eleventh studio album, and bought the secluded piece of real estate to relax, and worship Satan in. You can check them out on I heart Radio, or at your local Tower records store. I hope this comment brings some closure to you, about this rustic old mansion, so stay lit, and hitt'em in the wallet. Great find guys ! That was an expensive home to build for sure. Sad to see the water damage seeping into the "bones" of the home. If I could afford to buy that place, I'd first order (after I repaired the roof), the largest dumpster, hook up a shoot to a second floor window, and start dumping all the trash, from every room ! That would take months. But there is so much stuff !...a person could make some money selling it all on Ebay. Then again, living there would be creepy ! Imagine the bumps and thuds and bangs, you'd hear from that old house, while laying in bed on a dark rainy night !! Ahhhhh !
The only thing that would be 'trash' is what is damaged beyond repair. Have an estate broker look at what is there. Weird that the electricity was still on, but not that the TV was not tuned to a station. If TV is made before 2008 or so it can not show digital signal. but again, why electricity?

A.B. There is a lot of toxic black mold on the walls upstairs. They probably stayed till they got so sick from the mold that they had to leave. They say if you have mold you can't take things with you because you will bring the mold with you to where ever you go.

Sad because this place is lovely if it was cleaned up and someone had 30k or so to put into. How it's most likely cheaper to tear it down and rebuild sadly
I noticed the mirror next to the satanic symbol ..... Mirrors are believed to be portals for demon spirits to transport from their world into ours ! Because of this .... That beautiful house will probably never be safe to live in ever again ! I really enjoyed this wonderful video !
It said when people use candles and mirrors in the dark for scrying or contacting spirits, they will see demonic entities or make contact with demonic entities. They trance stare at their own image or candleflame in front of mirror. Frightening doors to open.
I just don' t know what possesses people to mess with the spirit realm. Jesus described the Devil as the strongman whom only the kingdom of God can bind and plunder. Individuals risk powerful nigh unbreakable demonic attachments on their person or home. Its truly chilling to consider for a moment that this is why this home was abandoned.*shudders*
So if the owner dies, and no other family member of the deceased claims the house or is given the house through a will, doesn't the bank own the house? That house is so antique looking and beautiful I wouldn't be surprised if they had the water turned off but by accident forgot the electric in hopes to one day clean and prepare it to be put back on the market. But if it's in the middle of no where, idk, it's very strange. I lived in Baltimore city which is a very decaying city. And I've explored a few of the thousands of abandon row homes that no one has lived in for years, or decades. And the water would always be off but some places had the electric still on. And that satanic area in the room, I doubt that was done by the owner. I bet someone else came along with their satanic cult and performed satanic rituals. BE CAREFUL if you ever go there at night!!!! It's possible that 1 or 2 things can happen, A) the satanists might come back or B) whatever demon they summoned is going to be very active and dangerous at night. If the sun rays are beaming through the rooms during the day, it's not usually active for dark entities because they're hiding in a dark corner somewhere.
That house probably has been paid for many years, the bank has nothing to do with it, the question is have the property taxes been paid, that would be much more likely
Looking for white privilege: I can assure you many of the abandoned homes in Baltimore are not paid for and the banks may own them but they remain standing carcasses of the homes they used to be. People straight move into them and hook up electric to the telephone poles outside and stay there for a long time
I would not take 1 item from an abandon home, who knows what kind of attached energy you could be inviting into your life, I also would pray for protection before entering.
One thing that gets me is... There is a lot of beds in that house which tells me where is the owners. Somebody must be paying the electric bill. In these days nothing is free. Place looks comfortable. Just sad in what has transpired in that place.

How was this house not robbed so far? And who's pay the electric bills?
I agree I would love to hear the back stories
We worked on a two story house
It was looking really nice
We all decided to take a break
Go home to our families
Come back and finish the house.
We came back together and went to do our last bit of work on the house.
To our unbelieving eyes
The house had been torn down
Everything that was on the property was gone.

Maybe we were at the wrong place.
We went to the court house and asked questions about the house
There was no record of a house ever being where we were.
