I remember when I started a banter with a cute little baby who was tugging onto to the shit loads of plushies on my backpack, on a bus ride, and his grand ma was having none of it. She made me look away awkwardly even when her grandson kept cooing to get my attention back.
Just an assumption, but going by the way she was dressed, I am guessing they are South Asian; here it is actually very common (at least pre COVID! 😭) to just straight up take babies into our arms and play with them etc. I have actually even shared food (chips, biscuits and such) with random babies on bus and train rides! I have also been to the Middle East, and same story! In Western countries, though, I have had people give me weird looks even for playing peek-a-boo at distance! Cultural differences. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

I have a question not sure if you can help me with this Ive got braces on and an expander they placed my expander on January 15th and braces on November10th I had. A check up on February19 for the expander they said everything seems great so far would it be possible that by June It’s off I researched most likely it’s on for 6 months i’m curious to know when they will remove it because I see my orthodontist in 3 weeks
So the first time I was put under twilight sleep for my filling, they lifted the chair and I legit thought I was flying then falling out of the sky. I’ve done this a few times now so it’s getting more normal but still that one experience was horrifying what do y’all PUT US ON.
