OUR FIRST DAY IN IRAN: New Zealand family in Iran exploring the beautiful city of Shiraz.

- We travelled to Iran at the beginning of September 2022 before protests and civil unrest began in Tehran on 16 September 2022 following to the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini. Our thoughts are with the people of Iran during this time and we feel incredibly thankful to have visited and experienced the amazing hospitality and culture of Iran as New Zealanders.
So THIS IS IRAN! And THIS is the beautiful city of Shiraz.
It's our first morning out in Iran and wow; our first outing has exceeded all expectations of what we hoped Iran would be like!
We had an amazing day tour of Shiraz with Esmaeil (Essie) from TAP Persia Agency of whom we can very highly recommend.
As a New Zealand family travelling in Iran we were warmly welcomed and hosted by people we met during our travels in Iran.

@@khodm00nikhodam18 They did not left in opposition with Islam, but the government. It is sad that people who hold a different opinion do not feel safe to stay in Iran. Irony is, majority of Muslim countries also do not agree with your government policies. I can imagine your government appointed you as an 'ordinary' teacher to brainwash the little children with their propaganda. World is moving ahead, please do not stay in the past. Let people choose their lifestyle or belief. Do not force your idea on others. This is wrong, it does not work and Prophet never asked to do that. I wish you the best.

😍 those motifs of flowers on the walls of the museum has a close resemblance to some of the designs in Persian carpets. Really pretty ❤️ The gardens are truly stunning, even in that era so much thinking has gone into making the gardens look totally eye candy ❤️ This is one country that is simply above and beyond 🔥❤️ Thank you for sharing Steiners. You bring a smile to my face. The headscarf suits you very well. In Isfahan they also drink doogh with a sweet dessert called Gooshi Feel (elephant ears). The first time I tried doogh I was not my favorite, but now I crave it.

😍 nice, but i like more iranian historical places that back to befor arabia invasion in iran i mean period of between 12000 to 1400years ago, but also after invasion we had iranian kind such as samanian and taherian dynasty and nader king and reza king and mohamdreza king in pahlavi dynasty, also we have a lot of history and ancient places in iran that back to such as 40000 or 12000 and 7 thousand and 5 thousand years ago sush as petrogliph in arak provence khomein city, and sialk khashan and lorestan caves and shahre sokhteh in kerman
