  • Bike touring through Iran was a controversial decision, but the country or rather the people continue to surprise us. Despite difficult weather conditions we feel extremely welcome. Camping in the wild turns out to be a challenge, but not in the way one would think. In this episode we continue our Amazing World Bike Tour from Tabriz in the Eastern Azerbaijan province all the way to Saqqez in Iranian Kurdistan, where we get an unlikely invitation.
    You can SUPPORT US via: www.buymeacoffee.com/aworldbi...

    • @AmazingWorldBikeTour
      @AmazingWorldBikeTour  9 дней назад

      Do you assume a Kurdish organization is underrepresenting the number of Kurdish people in Iran?
      They say 8-10 million: www.kurdishinstitute.be/en/who-are-the-kurds/rojhelat/
      Some other estimates go as far as 12, which is less than the Turkic population of Iran. In any case, we did not intend to suggest that Kurds are not important.

      @swedensweden8303 9 дней назад +1

      Dont mean its your fault and i know you just go after what they say, but the organization you talk about works for ayatollahs and its fake, the german knows best their population just like kurd do and in iran it history change to undervalue the kurd , 8 to 10 million was for 40 year ago, very strange that the populations is same and the rest of worlds population increase, its 81.5 million kurd in kurdistan today, keep post videos we like it very much thanks, good luck be careful

    • @hoomanpersian

      I live in Iran, and the statistics you mentioned are part of the problem we face here. Unfortunately, European countries and human rights organizations, by collaborating with Kurdish terrorist groups, are spreading these misconceptions and inaccurate historical information. For instance, you mentioned that Kurds number 22 million, while some sources claim 40 million. These claims go further, even suggesting that the Sumerians, Prophet Muhammad, and the Gutians were Kurds, which is inaccurate information.
      In Iran, ethnic extremism and nationalism, or ethnic fascism, have been instigated by Turks, Kurds, Arabs, and Baluchis, who provide false statistics and historical misinformation. For example, Kurds never mention that in the 1980s, in the Qarana area near the city of Naqadeh, 800,000 people were killed by these ethnic terrorist parties, which today are supported by Europe and human rights organizations. They also do not tell you that Kurds beheaded thousands of Iranian soldiers alive during the Iran-Iraq war. However, their leaders and supporters come to Europe, playing the victim and seeking the support of human rights organizations, trying to threaten the territorial integrity of Iran.
      When you said "Rojava," this is an insult to the Iranian nation and country. You are using a term that is against international laws, but because of the victim-playing and lies told to human rights organizations by the Kurds and their terrorist parties, people are unaware. The Kurds number between 8 to 10 million, and they are not only in Kurdistan. Not all of them support the terrorist beliefs of Komala, the Democratic Party, and PJAK. Kurds in Ilam, Kermanshah, and Khorasan oppose these parties.

    • @yarsaz4347
      @yarsaz4347 7 дней назад

      @@hoomanpersian Yes there's a history of this and it's all a result of foreign intervention. Even before the modern era, self serving Kurdish chieftains would ally with the Ottomans and help to loot and massacre Christian Assyrians and Armenians as well as terrorize the Kurdish population as well. I assure you the person who commented the lie about there being 22 million Kurds is not Iranian. They're most likely from Eastern Turkey.

    • @swedensweden8303
      @swedensweden8303 7 дней назад

      @@hoomanpersian It is estimated that there are over 22 million Kurds in Rojhelat, which is Iranian Kurdistan. The total number of Kurds is estimated to be around 81.5 million, far surpassing the 38 million Persians. Your statements are spreading lies and ayatollah propaganda. The real terrorists are the oppressive regime of Iran. Kurds in Iran are denied even the basic right to use Kurdish names, yet you dare to label us as terrorists? The 8-10 million figure you cite has been used since the 1980s. Are you suggesting that the Kurdish population has not grown at all, unlike the rest of the world? Your claims are not only baseless but also serve as a mouthpiece for the ayatollah's regime.

  • @aaron-gn6rg
    @aaron-gn6rg 3 дня назад

    I really dislike when you say that the Iranian leaders decided to shift back to the 15th century. Islam is even the fastest religion growing in the west and Europe and Islamic lifestyle is getting more fans fay by day, as it’s healthier and more natural than the western lifestyle.
    Iranians decided to establish a religious government and this must be respected, as you can see Iran is a modern and developed country so nothing like 15th century i hope its clear?

    • @AmazingWorldBikeTour
      @AmazingWorldBikeTour  2 дня назад +1

      It is exactly what happened. They in fact changed the year of the calendar back to the 15th century. Islam might very well be the fastest growing religion right now. However, how that is of relevance to us or to anything is not clear to us, as well as your claim about a healthy lifestyle.
      We believe people should be free to choose what they think is good for them, without interfering with the life of people who choose differently.
      The current form of Irans government was created almost 45 years ago, when two thirds of the current population was not even born yet. The current supreme leader was appointed by tiny group of people 35 years ago. If you are concerned about a lack of respect, this is where some people might see an issue.
      We hope that helped to clear things up ;-)
