    Listing Description:
Incredibly rare opportunity to live in a one-of-a-kind property, remodeled by acclaimed designer, Alison Victoria, in The Stacks community. Amidst the thriving Cabbagetown neighborhood and close to the BeltLine sits this top-floor 2 bedroom/2 bath loft where history and modernity merge in the meticulously detailed design. If it feels like you’ve stepped onto the pages of a magazine, it’s because you have. Gracing the cover of House Beautiful in Feb 2022, this stunning home was also featured in People magazine, as well as a national television show. Every luxurious detail of the home has been hand-picked by eminent designer, Alison Victoria. Soaring approx. 20-foot exposed wood beam ceilings and nearly floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking entrance to the open living space, complete with automated custom shades, draperies, and an original exposed brick wall. The mezzanine was expanded and the staircase relocated to encompass a roomier kitchen and primary suite. The epic kitchen features a Miele built-in espresso maker, top-of-the-line Bluestar appliances - including a commercial grade gas range with a custom-designed hood and BEST Broan/Nutone ventilation insert, custom cabinets of Quarter Sawn Oak and Brass Shim Stock by Brakur, and waterfall Caesarstone Quartz counters and backsplash. Gorgeous approx. 12-foot built-in oak bookcases surround a sizable banquette customized for the large living space. As you make your way upstairs to the primary suite, you’ll notice an antique iron newel post topped with a hand-blown glass finial rolled in 24K gold anchors the staircase. Prepare to swoon as you reach the top of the stairs and see the nearly 200-year-old French oak barn doors that lead to the custom 360-degree rotating closet with integrated lighting. Solid bronze trim from a 1927 elevator adorns the doorway to the ravishing primary bath which boasts an expansive shower fully tiled in Volakas Greek marble, a show-stopping chandelier from Circa Lighting, antique brass hardware from Saint Ouen market in Paris, a soaker tub, and dual vanities. A grasscloth wallcovering hand-painted with 24K gold leaf serves as a backdrop to this indelibly luxurious en suite. All of this and you are embedded in one of Atlanta’s most coveted neighborhoods. Nestled by the BeltLine, Carroll Street restaurants, Oakland Cemetery, and Cabbagetown park, you’ll enjoy all of the festivals and community the best Atlanta has to offer. Amenities abound in The Stacks, including a roof deck with incredible views of all of Atlanta and new teak furnishings, an amazing pool, a large gym, and courtyards. Do not miss this extraordinary opportunity to live in exquisite luxury in an unforgettable home in one of Atlanta’s historic buildings.

Whose going to pay $950k for a home with "luxury" vinyl flooring? I know the pandemic caused major problems with the supply chain but I can't see anyone paying that much for vinyl flooring.

Or a single bowl sink in the kitchen. Lots not great about this design. Master bath looks good… almost seems like a give up after that. Space needs more lighting too. Pantry and fridge should be swapped as well. A basic of kitchen design is to have countertop next to the fridge.

This was designed by Allison Victoria out of Chicago. Her and her brother bought this condo together not sure who owns it now. She does beautiful work. 😊

this would be my ideal loft downsizing from a two family house in nyc. it would have been nice to get a third bedroom for this price.

I love the designers work and details. I did notice the double extension rods in bathroom though. Understand sometimes we miss things. Overall beautiful space! I can agree the floors could have been in a higher end material.

You kept your cool so professionally through this ridiculous tour and absurd price. I’ll give you my follow for that boo. But lawwwwwwd Alison really messed this one up. PS I live in Cabbagetown and it’s an awesome location but everything else was a miss (for her, not you). 😅

It really was an incredible space, but it is a hard sell based on the comps in the community! Thank you for watching and subscribing. Let me know if I can be a resource for you or anyone you know!

This is kind of disappointing for this price point and designed by Alison Victoria. The vinyl floor - why? Why not engineered wood floors? Even polished concrete or epoxied floor would have been better. The wall sconces at the entry are not ideal for highlighting artwork. The cheap tension rod in the first bathroom. The minuscule "window" in the first bedroom. The kitchen counter should have extended further towards the spiral staircase. The wall sconces flanking the faux fireplace (which does not even come with the loft!) are really bad.

Not worth the money. Vinyl floors no way. No real bells and whistles in my opinion. The barn doors were cool but nothing else stood out, very basic.
