    White walls everywhere, black bathrooms, blue doors. Whoever bought this place is going to completely remodel it. It's actually a very nice condo. It just needs remodeling.

    What was there before that building went up? I seem to remember a number of little restaurants and that sort of thing. It's been nearly 20 years since I move away from Atlanta. Not a bad condo but need a bit of work. Surprised that there is only one elevator in the private lobby. I shall presume that there is a service elevator near the trash chute?

    • @EB-sl9nk

      expansion of Georgia Tech research and conference business has taken over that area. little restaurants and shops are still there but at the the bottom of the buildings

    I know you're in midtown, but that price is entirely too much. $989,000 for 2,900 Sq ft lol, and that's it. Are you even able to do your laundry under your own roof, or do you have to go to a shared common area, lol just like going to the swimming pool. Society is so twisted, and we all fall for it every time. Living in a dwelling such as this should be more affordable for many, not overpriced. You can obtain so much more in a single dwelling residence and pay not even a fraction of this amount. $989,000 for a multi-dwelling complex and maybe a Skyview and no exterior maintenance, I guess some will be wowed but not impressive to me. I'm kind of afraid to ask what the association fees are. This is literally a "High Rise" in mortgage costs.

    • @aprilshorty4094
      @aprilshorty4094 Год назад +3

      Yeah I think it's more about the location, not having to maintain the outside of a home and probably the safety aspect also. I myself would rather have a stand alone house but if I did a lot of traveling I would consider something like this and being from the NYC area this is actually a steal 😅😊

  • @TheMayorTravels

    Who the bell would pay 1 million for something with no land????? Doesn’t make sense

    • @can72287
      @can72287 Год назад

      I mean you own part of the building thus the land it sits on. Which is worth many millions in downtown areas.
      I mean millionaires in New York do it. And they didn’t become millionaires by being stupid…well not all of them. Lol.
