I just finished this after last nights hungover 😂Burnt 615 calories, it is incredible! Kaykay this workout is seriously a KILLER! So proud of myself ( smashed it but some of those tuck jumps were killing me!! ) LOVE IT!

I just crushed this workout this morning and it was an absolute killer- I have been running in college and currently have graduated, so I am no longer competing in college running, but have been taking up a lot of HIIT workouts and have noticed they have kept up my endurance levels, while keeping me super strong! I recently found your channel and absolutely love the mix of challenging moves and your energy! I have started doing your workouts every morning- I alos love your emphasis on being strong and not skinny- I recently recovered from an eating disorder, and wanted to let you know how much I love your focus on keeping your body strong, healthy, and balanced- Keep up the wonderful work!
Another creative workout with lots of new moves. I like how you spice up traditional moves (eg: mountain climber) and put a fun twist and combo move. Because doing plain climbers for 45 seconds can be boring. 😂 I also love how dynamic it is and how we move from one place to another. It also helps to increase our step count for the day. Thank you, Kaykay! More no repeats for HIIT soon, you are now my go to for a fun hiit cardio ❤️

I love this 60 minute one the best. I think it’s the hardest of all the ones I’ve done with Kaykay. If there is a level harder - let me know. I appreciate the power involved. Usually I have to choose men’s workouts because there is not enough power max in women’s workouts.
