For anyone without max cape but with diary cape, set left click to Kaleb and set shift click to Jarr for banking. Also just wear desert amulet to tele for run energy. Also to help with clicking in kalebs house set his left click and the other ladder to walk here so you can only left click the down ladder.

A faster way to do it is use runelite to move your inventory over to the left of your bank screen and put pouch in slot 4, cape in slot 8, then you can quickly withdraw all, fill, in like 4 ticks and leave it there and when you craft the inventory and cape are near the alter also when youre a little more zoomed
dude why woud i make nature runes if i got like 50k nature runes in the bank for what i gonna use 50k nature runes i am almost maxed on my iron nobody gonna do that u can get easyer nature runes from bossing or slayer
if you have the desert ammy 3/4 you could wear that, and teleport to nardah for when u want to restore stamina too without needing to take a home tele tab out of the bank
Karamja 3/ hard will give you the gem mine tele shown at the beginning. But the main method shown needs the achievement cape, which means completing all elite diaries

It’s over 2.4m gp/hr for irons since you can sell nats to Ali for 90 gp and the price never drops

Max cape (Runecrafting Cape) benefit is it acts like tiara - or you can imbue the Rainment of the Eye helmet with a tiara

how're you getting the shift right click teleport options? I can menu swap to set teleport as left click, but can't go into those submenus?
