I've seen many other videos where TI5534 is replaced which is not a good idea imgo, cause if it burned, it will burn again ( engineering problem? ), so I was looking for a module 3.3v as a workaround and easy soldering. Found it there! :)
Btw : 1 module is 9$ on amazon , I just found 6 modules for 5$ on aliexpress.. :)

How did you set the volts?

That small board has a trimmer to adjust the volts. Adjust first before connecting the output.
