There are some complications though: if you want to make a store in your house, customers will just come in and buy what they want, you won't have any business-related conversations with them. There're also mods for live-in restaurant, night club, vet, daycare and pet daycare. I don't remember the Modder though, sorry, but a simple search should be enough.
