This 8k video shows some beautiful views of Venice , a city in northeastern Italy and the capital of the Veneto region. It is located on 118 islands separated by canals and connected by more than 400 bridges. Although Venice faces some challenges, Venice is still a very popular tourist destination, a major cultural center, and has repeatedly been voted the most beautiful city in the world. I point out a couple of mistakes for people who wish to visit these places:
- At 3:12: this is the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Flower in Florence, almost 300 Km from Venice
- At 5:20: this is the Miramare Castle, near the city of Trieste, 150 Km from Venice

Wonderful film; I adore Italy so much! It's likely to remain my all-time favorite destination. All of these cities, with the exception of Verona, I have visited; I hope to do so eventually. Try your hardest the next time you're in Italy to visit Liguria if you've never been. There are several stunning beaches, as well as fascinating medieval cities perched high above the waters. Such amazing.

Hi, I'm wondering if you had legal permission to shoot the drone footage above Venice. Given it's not easy to get (one needs 3 different kind of permissions) and it's mostly a no-fly area, I'd be keen to know if you did it illegally. cheers
Yes, you're right. A couple of years ago, drone footage was mostly legal in many parts of Venice, but now you need to obtain permission to fly drones there.
