i think its because di nman po lahat catholic and also, statues and etc. are not necessary naman po just to say na you're a religious Catholic. Its actually a sin to worship those (idolatry) but I know lot of us are just using those for symbolism tho as I said those are not that necessary for a Catholic person

the size of the house is so ideal, its big enough to be comfortable but right size to easily clean and maintain. Also the interior is so tasteful and sophisticated! :)
His true character reflects how he designed his kitchen. I admire him for his humbleness, wala SIYANG KAYABANGAN. I can see he is a sincere person. I hope he will have more movies to show.

As an architecture student, I think po wide enough na yung house niyo for a family of four. I like how there is t&b in every bedroom and a powder room malapit sa sala. Good job converting the pool into a gym!

Mr. yap, you seen so apologetic about the size of your house. It’s not about how big or small the house is, it’s about the people who lives in it. Your house is impressive. What impresses me most is, how you and your family are fairly treating your helper.
Me and my 2 brothers are successful engineers na. But we choose to build a not so big not so small house just to make our mom and dad comfy and happy kase gnun gsto nila. Some says we must have a bigger house because successful na kme. For us kasi nd nagmamattter ung itsura o laki ng bahay ang nagmamatter smin ung nsa loob ng bahay. New subscriber here 🤗

Such a very orderly and cozy home! I love everything, the furnishing, decors, curtains, furniture, nothing wanting! I love the gym, and the music room! The color or motif very cool and offers peace and tranquility! An ideal home so far... Congrats Mr and Mrs. Richard Yap for such a model home!

Hi Sir Chief. I love the kitchen part of your home. It's the way you designed it. There's a lot of storage cabinets and how every space was utilized giving room for the blender, water prurifier, the alkaline converter, and the elegant coffemaker....how wish I had one so I dont have to go to Starbucks...hehe. I also love the gym room....only the essential equipments are there. In a way, I noticed that you are a minimalist. i hope to see all your bedrooms next time...sana. Very functional, maximized all areas...simple, elegant taste of decors and furnitures.....the interior designing is fabulous as if you have done a smaller version or a prototype of a big mansion ....and it is real cozy like you said.... i love your home, Sir Richard🥰🥰🥰
Nice house tour. I love the simple clean straight lines of the architecture and furnitures. What I love most is the "soft close" kitchen cabinet and the nice subtle touch of class everywhere, from art pieces to the Jo Malone spritz in the first bathroom.

sobra lang ng isang cr haha sana yung music/guest room nilapit nalang sa powder room pero overall ganyan ang okay na bahay haha hindi naman siya maliit sakto lang lalo na pag tatanda kana okay yan. ganda rin design ng bahay and furnitures n may storage is forever bet kaso pansin ko puro malalambot haha minsan kasi hindi na okay sa bandang pwetan.

The interior designs & combinations of color in the living room, kitchen & dinning area are so neat, minimalist, uncomplicated, simple yet stylish. Only one thing missing - plants! Need plants to make the decor less severe. Need more homely touches. It looks like home or bnb.
