Tonali will be an animal next season! He's been training for a year with J7 & Bruno.
They are gonna be electric together. They are easily a match for the bindips midfield 3 and arguable up there with cities 3.
With Isak, Gordon & a top quality RWF like Olise - that front 6 is a title challenging calibre.
The squad is where we are still a bit thin. The defence is coming along.
I always thought he will be class on his return. With a season of learning the language and getting to know Eddie’s system, I think he will be awesome on his return, looking forward to seeing him and what he will bring to our starting lineup

There’s a good video on NUFC’s RUclips channel where the players are playing darts, and Tonali features in that video, you can see his English is very good, he can clearly understand what is being said and answers the questions.
So with the language barrier out of the way, he can come back this upcoming season like a brand new player?

As he should feel like he owes the club, massively. I am willing to believe that he wants to give 110% every time he puts on the shirt, and I fully expect him to do exactly that. Expect to see him in next years PL team of the season. The kid must be devastated that he not only missed nigh on a full club season, but also the Euros, where he definitely would have been in the squad if not captaining his country in it.
Tonali is a top class player. Cannot wait to see him firing for us without that mental weight on his shoulders.

I understand the love for him man but if he did that it would be a real spit in the face to Newcastle who have supported him for the last 10 months during his ban. He owes the club. Even if he only played a season but was incredible & got us back in total the top 4, that would be enough to restore faith but to leave before really even playing for us would be an awful look for him.
