Really nice, well reasoned analysis. Appreciate the lack of hyperbole and shouting (which seems to be listed somewhere in the RUclips guidebook as the way to get views). I mostly play this for fun with family, but we have a tournament at a local store this weekend and although we don't expect to win my son and I agreed to try as hard as we can and see what happens. This is a very helpful look at what's going on out there and also a healthy reminder that your deck, no matter how good, may still lose to something through a combination of unfavorable matchup and unfavorable draw despite your best effort.

I'm also planning to play Boba Yellow. I have two Snowtrooper Lieutenants in the main deck to lean more aggro and help hold the initiative.

That's a good idea, might have to try that out!

Good point I didn't talk about mirror matchups! Yeah I love playing control decks but hate control mirrors, especially when rounds are only 55 minutes long.

Planning to take Leia red to a local $1K this weekend. I am thinking like you are, that everyone is going to bring control and my hope is to out run those decks!

At my tourney this weekend 7 of top 8 were aggro.

Yeah, seems to have been a response to the control decks!
