Perfect video to open minds. winning TCG games is not mainly luck. It requires a lot of thinking. I like the "just play level 0" if your opponent is playing 2 levels above you. That is going to be my plan from now on 😂

No you can pass, but if your opponent passes or takes initiative then you can't take any more actions
