    Was the wife charged with forging documents and perjury which Is punishable by upto 7 yrs of jail time ?

      For that you need evidence to support your claim and husband will have to lodge an FIR of perjury and forgery. Remember that she can be jailed for perjury and forging documents but husband and prosecution will have to prove it beyond reasonable doubt during trial.

    Sir , can you do a viedio on Section 494 bigamy case proved and punishment awarded to culprit and what punishment. Because I have this serious doubt as i have seen dozens of people who do bigamy and live a peaceful life that is to say that section 494 IPC does not even touch them. I kindly request you to do this video for the welfare of general public.

    Can a marriage following the Special Marriages Act have an enforceable prenuptial agreement?

    • @thecontrarycontrarian4230
      @thecontrarycontrarian4230 Год назад

      No. Pre nuptial agreements aren't recognised by the Indian courts. If pre nuptial agreements are recognized, Indian police, Indian lawyers, Indian judges, and Indian middlemen will all lose the opportunity to make a fortune through corruption. Lack of clarity, prevailing ambiguity is the cornerstone of judicial corruption.

      No , Indian court's do not accept any kind of prenuptial agreement.
