Overall he's saying that there are good arguments against late date authorship and it still has predictions in chapter 11 that are not addressed by late dating. Go to Mike Winger's channel and search for his video "defending Daniel" he talks about this as well but he doesn't talk like a scholar like Heiser does😊. Winger takes the view that Daniel is an early book.
I've noticed that Dr. Heiser is always quoting other peoples comments and opinions on biblical text and rarely gives his own. Why? We are interested in Dr. Heisers thoughts. If we wanted to know what other people thought, we would ask them.
