It should be worth mentioning that you would get the DC:63 spray after leaving the event, and I saw people in party royale use that along with the dumpster fire spray underneath to further mock the MLK stuff. The Catwoman whip emote not being disabled because of the licensing agreement was just wild (the player wearing the XEV style of the Fusion outfit knew exactly what he was doing lmao). Music for the event is very good though, I was pretty stoked to get it as a lobby theme when it became available.
It was a simple educational experience, literally a virtual museum. It wasn't a live event, so no one was forced to attend by just playing the game. I don't see any harm done, minus emotes being active. Even then you could just queue privately 🤷
