That dramatic lack of power is likely in part to the slip-on exhaust w/ lack of a flash on ECU. Looking on sight where you had your ZX flashed had a very similar issue with identical CBR 120-140Hp pre flash, 189Hp post flash. The ECU's are looking for specific data and throwing on slip-ons pushes them into a low power mode, which stock isn't anywhere near where the motors output is capable of. Think the flash will fix you power issues. That vibration under braking is more concerning. With engine of pull front brake lever and rock back and forth. If you hear/feel anything there's something going on that needs immediate attention/adjustment. Bad steering bearings, loose triple clamps(not torqued properly), axle bearings, caliper(s) bleeding/bad pads or warped rotors(or combination of these). Have seller drop price some or fix issues. CBR's are a great track bike, but your ZX is head and shoulders above on the street, even if you're comparing same years and it's always been that way. Safe travels and have a great time. Good luck 🍀
