Yeah, I put this on because I was promised that Refresh could hold a candle to any celestial - but the exo scaling is too strong rn. We're getting a balance patch in early November though
@ sadly frostgiant seems to agree with you but i think there are enough ways for skill expression and the weaver skillshot must not be forced to be one of them. From my point of view (a slow but steady RTS n00b) keeping this ability as smart as it was moves the focus a little away from micro to strategic macro. But i was also one of those weird people who still wishes queens would auto inject, so maybe i am special ;)
I for one also realy dislike the current hedgehog because this constant fast kiting is just anoying bo matter whether i have to do it or my oponent does it to me. In general i am currently returning to sc2 because although i realy love the quick macro panel sc2 just feels more crisp in fights. You are often either in or out and there is rarely this constant kiting. Fights feel more impactful somehow. Now that i think about this thought a little longer it might also be that sc2 has more n00bs and therefor i as a silver scrub face more „balanced“ oponents :D
I enjoy your casts Beo; I would enjoy them even more, if you wouldn't use "again" as a phrase as often ;). That being said, again, I am glad you cast matches and organize them. Again, without you I would not be watching any Stormgate at the moment, much love ;)
I watched this live and was like “oh….dude says this vanguard will hang with celest…” well….good games either way, there can only be one winner. …whatever happened to Nina anyways? Was she asleep 🤪
Sure balance rhe scythe.......but also make it an angle looking creature, the other two air units look cooler make the scythe another variant of thosen
Is there any good place to better understand build strategy and timings for Vanguard? Formerly played a lot of StarCraft, and I’m getting rolled in SG in a way that makes me think I’m missing some fundamentals of the meta.
I'd go check out the discord, there's a build forum there. I also post the replays of games in my discord, but unfortunately all are broken from the patch tuesday

It is 100000000% accurate that Hogs are the only chance we have. Hogs, vulcans, atlas and hellicarriers… lancers are cool but other then that haha idk
i am 100% pro autocast because i have way too much other stuff to worry about already all the time :D
That's fair, but it does have to be balanced well. Weaver lash auto cast is too strong with how smart it is

fart planes are among my least favorite units, but I have hopes it'd get better both mechanically and design wise
