What a wholesome convo. You can tell their friendship.
BS
@@timetravelingoldman6839 When did you get to be such a stale, poisonous, piece of- oh never mind. Carry on asshole.
lol
Fun fact: This is actually very common among the Chinese diaspora, particularly if they are first-generation immigrants to wherever they are. Much of my family is the same way.
Her mom is vietnamese though.
@@lotto5742 I think she's a Chinese person from Vietnam though...
@@lotto5742 This is pretty common among first generation immigrants. I am full vietnamese and see the similar aspects with my first generation immigrant parents. Also chinese and vietnamese cultures have a lot commonalities
Wow, you are so sweet Michael. just going through my comments. you sound so amazing.....
I guess you that it's reflective of how dispersed the Chinese emigrant community is.
She's such a genuine cool human being. From attack of the show to this bless her heart. And her local Chinatown.
I love her mom. This is exactly what I want to do - visit ALL the Chinatowns (nationally and internationally). Maybe Olivia's mom and I can plan such a trip together.
Wonder how she's handling the pregnancy?
Thank you! Seth Myers for having a full interview with your special guest
that color blue segment was my favorite of this video. such good vibrations!
I like how Olivia's mom is like a CEO of a big global corporate but she started the business from a small store so she still cares about and wants to make sure everything's in order at each and every one of her stores.
What big global corporate?
kk, both their families sound like such a blast to hang out with lol. Karaoke China Town!
And science. That would be awesome.
Omg love her! She’s so funny, and good on her for supporting adoption of shelter dogs 🐕❤️❤️
Didn't think it was possible to love her more. And that hair, Olivia! Rocking it.
Jesus Christ her laugh... I can’t. It’s awesome! 😍
Thanks @its Royal23
I can't beliveve she's 39 years old in a week! :O Looks like 25 :)
Watch her debut in her first episode of attack of the show.
I'm 41 and look 18.
Tbf theres a lot of Botox going on there. I'd say her face is now 90 botox at this stage.
She's fine.
Eoin Brennan I’m 43....if you can look like that at 39, I would buy her a life supple of Botox and give zero f*cks! Also, them legs are not Botox buddy! You must be young. She is fine as hell Botox or not!
I ran into an American here in Hong Kong who asked me if I could tell him where Chinatown was located.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣sorry
You met Olivia's mom!?
Hong Kong doesn't have a Chinatown? It was a British Colony for seemingly forever!
@@cerichson no, it has an Englandtown instead.
How ironic would it be if there was a Chinatown in Hong Kong but it was just American owned businesses...
Thats EVERY chinese family... we all do that.... we go to see how their chinese food is... see if it's better or not...
Jewish families do the same thing.
With Chinese food and Chinatowns.
Not just every Chinese family. Vietnamese Families too. Me and my family always go to Little Saigons
I'm Indian and we do the same thing, how tasty is this daal, is the chef Indian!? Lol
She’s gorgeous. Her baby with John Mulaney is gonna be adorable.
This is refreshing, someone not tearing down Olivia after the baby news. I mean come on people, you can sympathize a feel for Anna and not degrade another woman in the process. So kudos iris for saying something kind in this toxic environment.
@@tatianagpolut I just don’t see the point in being negative toward her. I’m a big fan of John and I want him to be happy. Like it or not, they’re having a baby. Sure, the optics of the situation aren’t great but only John, Anna, and Olivia know the full story. There’s obviously a lot we’re missing. Hopefully they all find peace, healing, and happiness.
@@goldrush18x same. I love John. His comedy has helped me through some dark times. I never really heard Anna speak or see her (like instagram etc.), so I can only base my idea of her from John's words. I hope she is able to have a full life, finding peace, happiness and love. I want the same for John. I absolutely adore him. So much of what he has said, whether it's been in interview/conversations or his specials, I related to him so much. And like I said he's been a beacon of hope for me personally. Which is why I so want him to be healthy, happy, stable and be at peace.
@@TheTrouserPuppetsOfficial that was unnecessary and a cruel thing to say.
@@TheTrouserPuppetsOfficial so that's how speak about pregnant women. Is that how you refer to your own mother's pregnancy when she birthed your misogynistic, toxic soul?
I have always loved Olivia Munn, she has a great spirit.
I love visiting Chinatowns. Been to 8 around the world. I understand exactly how her mother feels.
Wow, you just made me smiled Ashley....
Grate, you wanna visit me
@@oliviamunn6328 I doubt that would be possible. Thank you for the offer.
@@oliviamunn6328 Glad you were joking. My wife would have been none too pleased. You will text me? How? Via what?
@@oliviamunn6328 You expect me to post my phone number on RUclips??
I really loved this; very genuine!
That's so sweet. Angel, you are so pretty.
This chick is so amazing. Smart, funny, quick, self deprecating and knowledgeable.
LOL it's an act. Watch old episodes of G4's "Attack of the Show" some time.
Paul Spurgeon What’s an “act”?
Paul Spurgeon I just watched a super cut of G4 best of Munn. It was hilarious. What’s the point? You think her entire life is an act? Well, I’ve got some advice for you, little buddy, my life is an act, your life is an act, and his life is as well, so point your fuckn’ finger up your ass.
@@Gabriel_Moline Gasp! A White Knight! I love you guys. I haven't seen one in sooo long!
I just love hearing her voice♥
BEAUTIFUL COMBINATION ...BEAUTIFUL ELEGANT AND SMART.
Love Miss Olivia......Way Easy On The Eyes....AND....Really Down To Earth Funny and Humble!
That's so sweet @stuport. You are the best...
Thanks, Stuport.. I love you too.
He does such awesome interviews.👌👌👌👌👌
Yeah.
I love blue too.
Olivia ur laughter! Love it
She's right about blue having a high frequency. I'm surprised that he's surprised about that. It's similar to sound. The color we perceive is based on the frequency of light.
It doesnt "put a vibration out"
Janet Beatrice So maybe that’s why I‘ve loved blue so long. Cerulean Blue was a fine favorite.
Grate...
Grate one Janet..... I love you.
She is all around lovely.
Chinatown is the best place to get souvenirs. I also try to hit the local Chinatowns when I travel.
She is so perfect
I love her!❤️❤️❤️
Hilarious ending 😂😂😂
her comments about blue being high frequency is correct she shouldn't be embarrassed, blue IS a short wavelength, which a layperson could express as high vibration.
Meh, only very, VERY partially correct. What we know as blue is an end product of that particular wavelength in the spectrum of visible light radiation as perceived by our eyes. Blue isn't an object, thus is incapable of doing or being anything, so it can't and doesn't "vibrate"..
@@MrOuchiez the point is that it is reasonable for a lay person to express it is a high vibration. Frequency would be more accurate. but we do refer to sound waves is vibration. People don't generally think of just what is vibrating when it comes to sound. But we know that it is a vibration and that it vibrates at a certain frequency.
@@janetbeatrice9505 - That's all well and good, but it was inferred by Ms. Munn that there was an almost mystical connection with the guy in her anecdote and the specific frequency in the spectrum of visible light that we English speakers call blue, and I merely aimed to correct it as politely and accurately as possible. I'm truly not intending on being a killjoy, but why perpetuate flawed reasoning in lay persons when you can educate instead? I'm all for the en masse advancement of the human population, no matter how trivial the subject (not that the understanding of how solar radiation works is trivial). Yeah, I'm a blast at parties.
@@MrOuchiez do you listen to music ?
@@tiagodarkpeasant - For sure. You?
I love her mom and I love Chinatown
The joke about the fancy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in the shelter was so funny ! "Do you know who I am !?" haha!
Her dress is amazing
Seth's impersonation is sooooo funny.
OMG! I totally lost it when she was talking about the supernatural, vibrating, the color blue. How did Seth keep a straight face?! 😂😂😂😂😂
Wow, I love you Linda Mitchell.
Olivia Munn is so awesome
Seth Meyer is a great talk show host. I like his studio shows, tho his home editions during lockdown were excellent.
My relatives the same.
Flushing is the real Chinatown of NYC.
Straight up
Really? It's significant, no doubt... the the "real" Chinatown? More than Mott St? More than Big Wong's? C'mon bruh...
I just stayed in Flushing this weekend and you're not joking. I remember in the early 80s when Flushing was 70% white. So I was completely shocked by the transformation. No signs in English and I was one of the rare white people on the streets, it was completely bizarre. On the plus side the chinese food was great.
I know, I work there
Yeeeeeees! That’s so true! You get of the 7 and don’t hear English spoken till you get to the Nike outlet store.
They should have gone to the Korean market, it's great. Outside London but has amazing products
Im obsessed with that outfit 😍❤️
Wow, so sweet. Alexa.
Just binge-watched The Newsroom for the third time. She just killed it in there, it was a joy to watch her. (The show is a masterpiece, every American should watch it at least twice.)
I love her❤
I love her, so perfect.
I love you too Carlos Castanheiro, where do you live.
I love you more Carlos.
Lisa Olivia WoW Girl
I love Olivia from the OG AotS days.
I love you too. Daniel Campbell.
I adore her 😎
She's stunning.
Olivia is a good soul with family value for an accomplished actor! Bravo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love her
We always visit Chinatown too. Honestly, it's the only place to eat good food that is cooked properly.
I hope that this man stays on the air many years to come. A great sense of decency about the man. Glad he is doing what he is doing. Olivia's thigh curve did not go unnoticed {Mostly stated so that the compliments of Seth is not taken the wrong way.}.
Olivia looks so ambitious, I would never get in her way.
And that dress so nice
Don't be gay, just say shes hott.
It's ok Dan that is a lovely dress 👍😀
My wife does the same thing. We actually just stay in Chinatown so we can just eat Chinese food the whole time.
We don't have a Chinatown in OKC (she is from there), so it is kind of thing to seek them out elsewhere in the world.
Love her outfit.
Actually, the friend is attracted to objects that reflect the light wave/particle known as blue. Meaning the objects absorb every color (every other wave/particle ) except blue. Therefore, the friend likes objects that give off the "vibe" of blue. In short: Things that appear blue aren't blue, therefore are called blue. Thank you, The Magic School Bus!!!
You are right Jesse Soto...
The first time I was in London (many years ago) i went to their Chinatown, and it looked almost exactly like the one in NYC. You literally could have closed your eyes and think you were back in NYC, lol. I think the main reason is the immigration history from most Chinatowns historically were from Hong Kong or the Guangdong region of China.
You should come visit the Chinatown in Honolulu. It's the same as the ones everywhere else...
It's one block long.
Wifey right there... my goodness she's special.
My future mother in law really likes Chinatown.
she is so gorgeous & has a great sense of humour
I am very glad Olivia Munn's career is going well. I would have been so sad if Attack of the Show was the apex of her career. I'm very happy that I get to experience her hottness in many, many entertainment forums! Whoo hoo!
We all knew that was her beginning. She was way too good for G4 (I was a huge fan of g4) but it almost seemed like she carried that whole channel, think about it. The once she left, g4 went down hill from then on.
You meant 'forms', i'm sure.
@@fl00d69 Actually, I did mean "forum". I debated with myself on whether to use forum, forms, or format. I decided on forum. I considered Ms Munn's various career outlets as different forums she used to expressing herself.
Yeah! I also remember her from "Attack of the show" but was surprised that her career moved so fast after it. I was shocked to see she got the part in "Iron man" (1 or 2). The kind of casting that is a huge move forward especially since it was a speaking role. Good luck Olivia.
I love her!
I love you too Isabel Garcia...
I love you too Isabel.
You can tell she was really nervous but she has no reason to be! She's smart, gorgeous, and funny! I'm glad Seth was able to try to put her at ease.
Olivia's mom sounds like my pops. Except it's not chinatown; it's a 14 hour drive to Oregon. Visiting relatives.
Man I miss Attack of the Show.
Isnt it weird how much hotter she is now? Like damn Superstar!
@@robertdavis4192 it helps that she isn't covered in stale pie...
@@robertdavis4192 She is still hot. She was hotter.
She was the only talent Aots had that brought viewers, their attempts to replace her were destined to fail. Im just happy her acting career succeeded so wonderfully, i remember being scared for her at the time she left. Honestly her story is great, going from obscure cheaply produced niche talk show to Hollywood star is fuckin cool as hell.
@Meek Peace Chris Hardwick is doing ok for himself.
Olivia and Skylar from Agents of SHIELD have the same type of beauty. ❤
Olivia is hotter
You mean they're missed Asian?
they're both ethnically half-Chinese, half-Caucasian. Chloe Bennet's father is Chinese and Olivia's mother is ethnic Chinese from Vietnam.
Just learned Olivia shares the same birthdate and birth year with me.
This makes me want to learn more about her! And have just finished watching Episode 7 (The Rook), sadly it's just on STARZ, and not many people have heard of it, nor seen it. It's completely different from the book. But pretty entertaining, with some unique characters.... And probably their most interesting character, is GESTALT. You'll thank me, when you see it, haha!
She is so pretty.
She’s adorable
That's so sweet...
Olivia!
I love her and John so much , the news about their baby is so wholesome , I really wish those three the best possible
Are you serious about the wholesome part?
@@colleenduffy1139 Yeah ... i didn’t how some of the stuff , y’know , just wanted john to be happy
She's a good candidate for Day Drinking.
I once skyped with her when she was on the Tom Green Live set and she was hilarious back in like 2007... she used to do a show on his channel before she got really famous.. she's a nice as hell person. and funny.
anyone that remembers that time, i was angst the jager guy that screened the incoming calls...
I will gladly take Olivia Munn on a personal tour of my home town...
Does it have a Chinatown? I mean, can Olivia's mum join you guys?
I too always check out each city’s Chinatown. I don’t think there are chinatowns in Italy though? Could be wrong but never visited one there.
You need to Jennifer. I love you.
That lucky couch... :p
Karaoke and dim sum. perfect night out, I hope you learned how to say thank you in Chinese, it's Xièxiè, pronounced sheusheu 😊💙

Ok ... love her now! #AdoptPureLove
I remember her back when she was on the daily show with Jon Stewart.
Eugene Ax is her back that good?
Didn't she last like 2 episodes?
Olivia's mum wants to see the chinatown. Her step-dad wants to know where the nearest panda express is.
