"Stripping the spreads back to their bare bones of the layout" I like that. I have a compilation of layouts doing that. When I see a spread that I like I try to remake the spaces and see if I like the general look.
It’s a good idea 👏 sometimes I find I like a layout more for the decoration rather than the structure, so if I tried to recreate it, it really wouldn’t work for me, even if it was pretty 😂
Спасибо тебе огромное, это как раз то что я искала. Я была так расстроена из-за того что не могу найти подходящий метод структурирования недели пока не нашла это видео❤❤❤
Okay, wait. I've only just now realised that you don't have a milion subscribers and I must tell you that it was a big suprise to me, because I love your content and constantly rewatch your videos and get inspired to do them myself and also I enjoy listening to your voice and watching you create something so amazing. And I relly don't care how many subscribers people have, but I thought you were a very very very well known youtuber and that milions of people knew about you and I thought that even if you have a gigantic community you're still very sweet and you know what I mean, because some creators can change a lot from having a ginormous community, but omg all I want to say is that I love you and your content and you're amazing and I know that all your plans, goals and dreams will come true, cause you trully are amazing and you inspire so many and you bring so much joy and put a smile on my face every day, thank you for doing what you do and I hope that you keep on having fun ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I find myself only using a ruler to mark out my weeks but I see now that using the dots adds structure but would make it go much faster. I'm going to mix that trick in for March!
Oh cool! 😄💜 because I use my journal quite a lot I’m pretty good with knowing how many spaces I need to make even divisions 💪 That kind of means that sometimes it’s just faster to count them out myself rather than trying to find my ruler on my messy desk and doing the maths to convert spaces to centimetres 😝
I usually do daily layouts, but I've just started working again and definitely don't have time for them anymore. I tried out a single page for my workdays but now that I've watched this video I think a two page spread will let me do a morning check-in and an evening check-in before bed. Thanks for the inspiration!
For quite a while I used something similar to your first example, although instead of a running to-do list I used it as a condensed version of a daily log. I didn’t need to make a log for each day because I was already working 12+ hour days, so it was the perfect amount of space (besides a few particularly busy weeks where I added a tip in for extra writing space).
I tend to give the same amount of space to each day of the week when I do a weekly spread, but all the layouts are customisable to fit what works for you 💪💜
Thank you for the video. I am so desolated, that the weekly log is still preached as the one and only truth of the bullet journal method. They are simply not included in the method and a just two minute video from Ryder explains, how a weekly log can be really used. This type of weekly log disallows the user from thinking, it limits the space and takes away the power of the method. It doesn't matter, if your daily has two lines or one page, but it is a free space without limits. That is what bullet journaling is about. Here you can find the video: ruclips.net/video/_jOR_brGbjk/видео.html Greetings, Madlen
I think the hard thing about that is that the community started using the term weekly log before Ryder really started using it 😅 so although he may suggest his meaning in that video, for most people the term “weekly log” means something different 😊

@@JashiiCorrin yeah, that also happens sometimes 😂
Just what I needed! Last semester of university and it’s difficult to keep up with my bujo
Glad it was timely for you! 😄💜
How did it go?

This is genuinely helpful, thank you!
Most welcome! 😄💜

I love the one in the absolute beginning with all the green, I'm gonna try to make it
Great video Jess, I'm going to try some of these in my Reajo
Oh awesome! Glad you liked it! 😄💜

Sounds like a good system 😄💜
I like your different options, just one thing, sometimes I have a lot to sat on the weekends and you don’t leave me any room.

Why didn’t is see this video??? Lol thanks! ❤
Glad it found you! (...she said...7 months later when she found this comment 😂)
