Just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the breathing advice! Not only has it helped me calm down during panic and anxiety attacks, it helped me increase my underwater breath hold time from about 60 seconds to a whole two minutes!

I can hold my breath for 3:30 without training. With training, I can pass out without panicking. keeping calm is training.

Thanks to you, I've just passed from 2 to 5 minutes in 2 tries. I've just set my personal record to 5 minutes, and I haven't realized it yet. I don't really know how's that possible ahah
5 mins is quire amazing.
I only can hold my breath normaly for 1 minute but my best record is for 1.50 and right now im struggling to get a higher record how can i improve?

When using a camera with underwater housing you don't get any sound.
