This house looks way more livable than most house tours videos on RUclips that cost upwards of 5 million dollars. The interior is spacious and comfortable, it looks like a house that a man can live by himself without having to hire 25 assistants to clean it. The exterior is a playground for the whole family. All in all, this is genuinely one of the best house design I've ever seen on this platform. Great job mate!

I love it! It looks both spacious yet compact enough to find your Sims back. The kitchen/greenhouse connection is simply brilliant: no long walks for finding your homegrown vegetables.
Omg this is so cute! All my houses are cutesy bright suburbans so finally seeing some inspo for more moody and dramatic homes is very useful. Altough much of the greenery is cottage living which I do not have :(

I love this build so much, but you please explain how you fit that house on a 30x30 lot when the house is actually 30x40?? I’ve been trying to figure it out but I can’t seem to make it look good :(
Hiya I may have changed the lot in order to take better screen shots for the thumbnail so if says the lot is actually bigger then im pretty sure you can override it when placing it. (go into build mode in the lot you want to place it and then open the gallery and place my build, hopefully that should work) Let me know if you need anymore help!!
@@simplicity9085 Could you please maybe upload a version made for the 30x30 lot instead of 30x40? Because when I place it on 30x40 the gate and fence disappears due to not enough space :(
@@simplicity9085 I added a basement to place a cauldron and all sort of "esoteric" things that i want to keep away from visitors (like certain creepy doll), but overall is perfect.

@@simplicity9085 ah that isn’t what i meant! all good though :) i just meant, how did you change the intensity and colours of the lights without having to go into live mode and bring a sim there? it always frustrates me having to do that and i wanted to know if that was a mod?
