I think the most impressive thing about your videos is you don’t “mess up”. You never really have to delete a whole section and start over. You’re so confident in everything you place and it still looks so perfect. Also what you have already completed 5 minutes into the video is literally insane!!
Okay, parisian person here, I have some answers ! So we do in fact have elevators, even in old buildings, but considering the ones in Hausmanian buildings are ridiculously tight fits, you actually nailed it with the stairs ! Excellent job !
As a french person who used to work in one of those amazing Haussmanian buildings in the 16th arrondissement, I can say that you NAILED IT 👏👏 They look just like that! (maybe with more dusty facades thanks to pollution but well... you can't do anything about it in the sims 🤣)
As a born and still parisian; it's absolutely gorgeous, yet only wealthy people really live in these kind of builds. The interior decor you set is totally in the real mood and reminds me of my childhood at family's or parents friends places !!! Stunning ❤
When I see such gorgeous builds with such great CC I always think... Sims team, you could've done so much... if only you listened to your players (and opened an interior design magazine from time to time)

Haha I can so relate to that. I love building and I get so hyped when I see builds like this. Getting hyped, start up Sims 4, build and then hmmmzzz that did not turn out as I imagined. It doesn't matter you know, we have these great builders like Jessicapie So I end up using their builds and I play happily ever after!
You are one of the few Sims creators that I just ADORE. As a long-time builder myself, seeing someone focus on the interior details and not just the exterior - it just makes me so happy. I hope you do loads and loads more custom content builds. You might consider building a personal website where you host the custom CC builds and link back to all the CC used for them. Vanilla builds are lovely too, but they just don't hit the same as CC builds with so many more content options.

Thank you!! 😁 I haven't used CC or mods in Sims4. My Sims3 games were loaded with it, back in the day when I was using a proper gaming PC. Nowadays my home computer can't handle Sims3 and I've been fighting off the temptation to add CC to Sims4. This latest (broken) pack with a beautiful world was almost the straw that broke the camel's back, needing to add mods just so my game would still work. Your showcase of CC builders has won me over...

Syboulette AKA Syboubou actually has 2 bakery sets that would work well as well for the Patisserie. They are called Boulangrie and Macroon such beautiful sets. I know this video is now a year old but just thought you might like to see them. Boulangrie would i think give you more of what you would want for this build style.

I guess if it's possible for all sims4 characters to earn money with a proper job and save all at their bank account, they might be possible to be people who have own buildings that make much money with rental fees for each room and land properties for them. 💜🙏 Even if doesn't work for everyone, hope it will be possible for both game characters and real people to live in normal ways.

I freaking LOVE when you do cc builds. Especially with the cc I use!!! Definitely will be in my game soon! I also love seeing new cc and how you use it so realistically. The cafe and bakery are amazing! I love the clutter. I'm definitely gonna download whatever cc on your list bc I saw so many new items I'm excited about. I love this idea of buying it and using the live in mod or even maybe the little neighborhood?.. not sure if that one would work too. But either way on my list of builds to fit into my game! Love filling up my worlds with your builds. But when you do cc I legit barely touch them! Also kids cc is phenomenal! I’m back in the comments to say that I’ve downloaded this build and placed it! It is absolutely perfect! I only downloaded about 95% of the cc you’ve used (only 😂) but it was easy enough to fill out the wall papers or random items that I didn’t download.
My face hurts because my jaw was on the floor for the entire 50 min video. Every time you added another item I just… I’m speechless. You should be so proud because this is beautiful!

If you save a sim to your gallery with the cooking aspiration completed, 10 cooking skill too, you can make meals in game and they will never spoil/expire, so you could have that sim make the cakes and then that way, you never have to worry about them going off during your builds :) it's what I do
That building is giving me French PTSD of the time I looked at the rents for flats in Paris... XD The ones you built would be sooooo expensive in real life!! XD Beautiful though, and honestly very accurate! Bravo!
Truly they need to bring back the ability to open a business in your own home so I can have my Bob's Burgers home and business without having two identical lots, and so I can have a Parisian Cafe and have either myself or another Sim living in the house above. I want to be able to rent out my room to sims a la BnB. So many potential ideas for Sims 5
You do such beautiful builds, I really admire the time and effort you put into it. Really wish you would consider doing a build of the multi-generation home I designed for my real life family, a 3-story Victorian, I can send you PDFs of floor plans and elevations. I built the home in The Sims 2 many years ago and it was very functional, but way back then none of us had the mods and CC available to us we have now.
Absolutely worth the wait! And thanks for the tip on how to keep a cool wall 'up' when playing in half wall mode. Trying it in my Sims' kitchen right now!!!

If you save a sim to your gallery with the cooking aspiration completed, 10 cooking skill too, you can make meals in game and they will never spoil/expire, so you could have that sim make the cakes and then that way, you never have to worry about them going off during your builds :) it's what I do

Truly they need to bring back the ability to open a business in your own home so I can have my Bob's Burgers home and business without having two identical lots, and so I can have a Parisian Cafe and have either myself or another Sim living in the house above. I want to be able to rent out my room to sims a la BnB. So many potential ideas for Sims 5
You do such beautiful builds, I really admire the time and effort you put into it. Really wish you would consider doing a build of the multi-generation home I designed for my real life family, a 3-story Victorian, I can send you PDFs of floor plans and elevations. I built the home in The Sims 2 many years ago and it was very functional, but way back then none of us had the mods and CC available to us we have now.
