And he's not only doing all the things you were saying but when he goes into those low crouches like that, that alone takes a lot of core strength and just strength and flexibility in general, and it's burning precious calories at a high rate even just that one part of it, much less the singing knowing that it's surrounded by lots of really intense full body movement.
