What a beautiful story! I look so forward to see this happening all around the country, and all around the planet. Many people think vegans are anti-farmer, and it simply is not true. We all rely on farmers, vegan or not!

Mushrooms can dissolve tumors and heal immune system. (Lions Mane etc). Love these ranchers. Thank you.
Grew up on a small chicken farm in MD that my parents shut down in the 80’s. I turned vegan in 1979 at age 8 …it was straight up Silence Of The Lambs when catch crews came in. Traumatic af! Chicken barns have been used for storage and workshop space ever since. I have one left on the property and found this video in a search for ideas on converting the old barn into a greenhouse.

God bless yall the biggest thing is now is we need to stop marketing vegan and vegetarian foods as things like beyond Burger or cauliflower nuggets we need to call him what they are and they're delicious as it is but I would much rather have a vegetarian diet vegan diet than to consume animal products I don't feel well after I eat them but you're right and you said it that is mostly what is available on the grocery stores and when I went vegan for a time which I plan on doing again it was depressing because I had very little to choose from so thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you for helping
Notice, the chickens are so physically debilitated, they can't even move to escape being captured.
Correct me if I'm wrong...but...don't mushroom farms need manure? I'm still watching it right now...may be answered in a min or so lol.
They do not need manure. They just need ansubstrate such as wood or grain to grow on.
Wood chips are a option for Mushrooms. They do not cover this in the video however.
Hi, I am in the process of buying a farm that house two chicken houses. 42x400. Trying to figure out what to do with them other than storage units. I am not interested in raising chickens, raising mushrooms has definitely got my attention. Please advise if you have the time. what state do you all live in. Thanks
