This is actually really sweet because it sounds so natural. Just two friends having fun, actually talking and sometimes singing a lil tune and none of it is practised
In what world does this sound natural? There is such a ludicrous amount of layering on Isabelas voice for most of the song that this video actually shows how produced even their voices are. Don't get me wrong it sounds amazing in the song but saying this sounds natural is like saying at McDonals you can experience the pure taste of nature.

This shows how Disney chose to make the voices the main stream of the song. Without music it doesn’t sound like it’s totally empty, it fits. The music is really just for the feeling and the vibes. And I absolutely adore Disney because of it, they did a fantastic job on this movie!

No, the music was edited out manually. There are programs like Audacity that let you do this.
There’s a website that gave me the same type of results
To put it simply, there's A track and B track (let's say.) A track is for beats, music and rhythm. B track is for voices. Combining those tracks make a song. But if you remove A track, then it's just voices. Songs are split into parts
There's an app called descript you can remove the music from there pretty sure
