I bought MF01X through your Banggood affiliate link. I think MF01X is final best choice (vs EC06, X80-GT2, MK38, X50, D18, S8 Plus). I wish I could buy the X60-GT2, but it's $450. MF01X is not $300-400, does not have a built in fan, and has best balance of features, performance, aesthetics overall.
Just received this today to add to my collection. AceBeam X80, Imalent DX80, and now AceBeam X80-GT. Love the small form factor of this style flashlight as well as the extremely wide beam pattern of side-to-side illumination. Great video as well!
Death from Above For maximum brightness, the X80 GT. If you want the red, green, blue and UV lights and only a little less brightness, then the regular X80. In terms of overall versatility, the X80 is a little better because it offers the 4 additional colors. But some users only want a white light, so X80 GT. I use the color modes in the X80 for photography, so it’s handy in that regard.
I have an off brand flood that is about 9,000 lumens. I thought it was nuts. Clearly this new Acebeam had raised the bar, again. I love that you used a pop can for scale, cause my flood flashlight I always refer to it as the " pop can light" haha.
Jeremy H. It's a great light, just a shame only 30 secs on full tilt, though why anyone needs 30,000 lumens I'll never know, you just make the air whiter past 10,000!
It has a beautiful "flood" beam (which is my preference). Hmm, as per comment at one section about turning night into day - I'm thinking its actually brighter than day LOL. I've got to get myself one of these X80 in GT. I nearly bought an X80 last year but the delivery and other elements all went wrong between me here in Australia and where I was buying it from in the USA.
Awesome videos... Is this the best flood flashlight around at the moment? The imalent's are too noisy for me, which would you go for, for brightest flood... Many thanks mate.
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV Thank you!!! Omg I've been wrecking my mind looking for this all last night ahaha. I wanted to actually watch it! You pick some good sound bits.
Can the x80gt last up to 1.45 minutes continuously when operating at maximum brightness of 32,500 lumens without a decrease in brightness? As with the dx80 after 2 minutes the light is reduced.
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV Hi, sorry one more question. Is it safe to use 30q cells in this? I have a heap of them and read something online saying that the unprotected cells get too hot in this torch.... Please let me know. Thanks again.
Hey guys i am new with flashlights and i have a question, to blind temporaly an intruder is better a long throw flashlight (>1000 m) or a high lumen one (>25000) ? Which flashlight is better to blind temporaly two or more people at 1-3 m from you (A long range or a high lumen) or what i should iconsider is just the width of the beam? thanks
Is no one going to ask or even question wtf was making that noise at the end?!?!.... on another note would you recommend this for someone who walks railroad tracks, trails and such at night? I am looking for a high lumen flashlight incase I run into an animal or a group of people that are bad news.. I dont plan to use max settings all the time... just for cases like that. This flashlight seems like it doesnt have much throw unless its maxed out (im not looking for major throw, just enough for a lower lumen level.) Any help or recomendations would be appreciated! Awesome video and channel by the way.
f22shift check out the Acebeam UC15, it’s a small pocket size flashlight which also has a uv light which is really good as well as a very decent red light for around £40 👍
Darren yup I have that one. There are scorpions in certain areas in the jungle so I use uv for those times. Even the “uv” lights works which are not really the true ones. I’m hesitant for constant use with the uc15. Runs only an hour and it gets pretty warm. One of my friends actually burned out a driver once by accidentally leaving a uv light on.
It's good for shooting photos or videos, but not that good to use as a flashlight. I own a x80 and a haikelite mt09r. The x80 can fill the whole image through 24mm or longer lenses, but get really dark in over 400mm lenses. But a full thrower can't fill up a image even through a 600mm lense, that's pretty annoying. The mt09r is not good for camera use,but just nicer to use as a flashlight, heat up slower, more beam distance, cooling down faster, better user interface, without too much sacrifice on size and lumen output. The dx80 and x9r are too big and heavy for me,although they are powerful with good throw and last longer. I think the new 70.2 version of x45 is more useful as a 4 bettery powerful flash light than x80 series,x80s are just for cameras.
This is my first glance on this new light by Acebeam.. I own 2 of them and like them very much.. However, I believe Acebeam had to pull something out of the wood works quickly on account of the DX80 out selling the X80.. They should have taken there time... Really...only 4 3100cells... pushing 32,500.! With such a poorly designed body at 32,500 lumens that 3 finned can would glow after 5min.. and i'm sure they used the same X80 platform just changed the internals..?! If this actually puts out 32,500 lumens, it may be for 30 seconds to a minute (I'd like to see some numbers)..? This design compares to my Olight X7 Maurader with less fins and also runs 4 cells but only at 9000lumens; it will burn your hands if its on turbo for 3min or more.. IMO, power Wise, efficiency, design, and price, this thing just doesn't compare nor looks like it could come close to competing with the DX80 by Imalent. The DX80 is one highly sophisticated flashlight to say the least.. and at 7:05 it proves to put the X80 under the table.. Now, is this a nice flashlight, I'm sure it is... However, calling this the "MOST POWERFUL or WORLDS BRIGHTEST" is just simply WAY over raided..! BTW.. EXCELLENT job on the video man.. Camera quality was superb..!

JasonWW2000 I don't like scammers, with hostile friends and I have offered the partial refund back to negate the deserved negative feedback. It's a shit product and shame on those who defend it after Texas_Ace has acknowledged why I state it reads inaccurately. (Diffuser/tube wall losses.)
FLASHAHOLICS - The eBay seller guarantees complete satisfaction or your money back and you can even keep the product. How is that a scammer? That is the sign of a person with good morals. Yet you still try to hurt them with negative feedback. Why? I don't understand.
JasonWW2000 You can rate on experience and mine was terrible, other people DO NOT NEED to be ripped off. Why would anyone in their right mind give the seller a positive feedback? It's like me offering toilet tubes with a candle in it as cost alternative Flashlights.
Regardless of whether you like or dislike a product, the seller is willing to give you a full refund and not require you to send the item back. So how can the seller be a scammer? You make no sense. JasonWW2000 He's already said he can't refund the postage and that was nearly half the price, I'd rather leave negative feedback to warn others than get a refund. The scam is he's selling a product that doesn't work, it's no different to the 50,000 ScorchFire lights being sold for much less than a true 50,000 light, and getting peers to shout down anyone who questions it!!!! They have only made it brighter by utilising the space which houses the red blue and uv light section in the X80 model.
Darren and by not driving those outer 12 XHP50.2's quite as hard, increasing efficiency.
