The stem is too short for the movement, which is why you can set the time with the crown next to the case. It's actually a very easy fix. You'd need a DG2813 stem, and then just watcha tutorial on how to cut it to the correct length

After getting essentially scammed out of 120€ when a seller on DHgate sent me an absolute abomination instead of the Rolex GMT 16710 that he had advertised, I should definitely stick to watches with independent reviews going forward. The watch even had “reviews” on DHgate but I assume they were all fake. The Cartier Santos is definitely one of the most elegant modern watches and is easily one of my top picks besides the old GMT-Masters and Breitling Chronomats. Which also leads me to a recommendation: how about a Breitling review? They are definitely not as commonly replicated as Patek or Rolex, but therefore also a lot easier to pass as gen. What you bought is not superclone its A quality. Superclones are around 800-1000 dollars and movement lasts around 3 days
