I love that you don’t take these flips so serious and don’t strive for perfection. Other flippers end up with things that used a pattern and they may as well of just got fabric from the fabric store. You always amaze.
I love the grey outfit. so talented.I wish my Mom was still alive to see your work, She was a couture seamstress and could create any thing. she was great at designing and sewing and she would be mesmerized by your work.
How can anyone pick a favorite??!! All your flips are amazing. I love how you can see something totally different when you look at a piece of clothing. It's so fun and satisfying when you finish a flip. I hope you keep the videos coming. ❤
Very cute transformations, but your idea of a "large" is hilarious. Most large people have more bust than will fit into the length of the orange crop top. Tops should not only be wider, but longer, too. I would love it if you would continue to do thrift flips often. You are very good at envisioning a new style, and then making it happen.
I’m actually a bit longer waisted than I may look, and I looked up a lot of average lengths for crop tops, and found that 17 inches was average, so I used that for the length measurement. I also post thrift flips monthly! Thanks for watching!
Girrrrrrl, I just binged about five of your Thrift Flip videos and you are sooooo creative and talented! I can't wait to start flipping some of my own things. My favs that I've seen so far are the tie-dyed Ganni inspired jeans and pretty much ALL of the two-piece sets you've made.
AHH thank you so much!! YES, you go flip you some pieces, girl! I honestly have na unhealthy obsession with two-piece sets, but I'm so okay with it haha thanks for the energy and joy!
Love your thrift flips! Love how you turn that "not-cute" clothes into some "really-cute" clothes and how you get inspiration either from vintage patterns (that I love) or from trendy fashion brands… I think you are doing an AMAZING JOB! Well done! Keep up the good work, I'm really enjoying your videos! :D
There need to be an Olympic for what you do because your thrift flips are definitely an 10. My favorite is the southern sweet tea dress turned to long island tea party. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.
i ❤❤love the 1st one...only thing id do differently is add snap buttons/ zipper to the inside of the "sleeve pockets"...that way u can use them ¬ have to worry about things falling out 😁
@@WellLoved i WAS wondering if you Had.. I mean, detail people usually do. It is Smashingly REALLY CUTE. LOVED what you did with this.. I could Not imagine what you would do and I was thrilled at the results. What size is this one? MANY are interested. I was inspired by it and felt it would be actually be easy to do it myself.. I am looking around for something similar to work with. Depending on the price of the the ocher scarf top I would REALLY like to get it. Looking forward to 1pm Pacific time on this coming Wednesday.
Thank you! I’m working on some for the website drop on Wednesday. A lot of my flipped tops are going to be cropped because it’s the easiest way to get extra fabric for the flip, but i have plenary of ideas that aren’t cropped
Followed the link to find your instagram and just thought I’d let you know it’s not the link to your page aha (I did find your page though) love all these videos, inspiring me to love fashion again xx
Stores near me are actually open, and I wear my mask, gloves, the whole 9 yards. the stores also do a great job of ensuring everyone’s safety. Thanks for watching!
As your ideas are limited, and most of your work involves crop tops, I recommend checking out others who transform clothing such as cooliepa for inspiration.
And cropped isn’t current. Try to branch out into more contemporary solutions. Everything you make shows your stomach, there are so many other possibilities.
I’ve watched several of your videos. You are in a rut. It doesn’t take a lot of creativity to lop off the top of a piece of clothing each time to make a crop top.
@@Aahlife If she likes vintage inspired looks why would she wants things to look current tho. Like crop tops are in fashion since the early 1940s and will probably still be fashionnable for a long time haha.
Aahlife I don’t really adhere to fashion trends. the third piece is inspired by the bra top trend from summer 2020 runways, but I more use trends to inspire a look. I think dressing should be about how you express yourself, and I prefer a crop top and high waisted pants. It makes me feel beautiful so I’m going to wear it! I have plenty of other flipped pieces that don’t show my stomach, flipped tops tend to be easier to crop though since there’s only so much fabric to use. Thanks for watching! Always dress to express!
I am French and I misunderstood the meaning of your Channel. We like to dress classic and fun but for our age. We do not follow trends. I thought your channel was to try to help women change clothes they buy in the thrift shops not just change clothes to the way you like to wear them . sorry
I love that you don’t take these flips so serious and don’t strive for perfection. Other flippers end up with things that used a pattern and they may as well of just got fabric from the fabric store. You always amaze.
I’ve never lost my enthusiasm for creating and designing and sewing clothes and I’m still doing it at 61 🤪
You go girl!!
I WANT that 80’s tops. In love.
I like the set with the cowl in the front.
They turned out so good!! Thank you!!

thanks! aww that's so kind!

You sewing for a certain size and a certain age group there’s nothing wrong with that you are amazing I love watching you sew.
Thank you so much!

Thank you so much!! I LOVE all things vintage so it’s my favorite to pull from vintage patterns!
Liked all your piece, but the last one the best.
Love the 80s top.. turning the bottom into sleeves looks cute!
Thank you! It turned out so fun!!
Not going to lie I was scared for the last dress but holy Mikey I love it!
not gonna lie, me too lol I'm glad it turned out better than we both expected haha thanks for watching!!

Haha thank you!! I would LOVE watching that 😂 that one is my favorite too!

Good Idea, that!!
It actually already has snaps in the pockets haha guess I forgot to mention it 🤷🏼♀️ thanks for watching!

i 100% recommend getting the Black + Decked Classic iron!! it’s a heavy metal iron that works so well! i love mine so much!
^^ and getting the Dritz Ezy-hem ! this literally plus the iron hashed my hem game strong 💪
I actually have an iron i just always forget it at my studio lol thanks for the recommendation though!
The last project looks like you could possibly even do it as a halter top ❤❤
Great outcome on everything! Also, congrats that you are almost at 10k's (subs)...a great achievement in such a short time 💕💕
Thank you so much! I’m absolutely amazed by the love and support I’ve received. Thanks for supporting!!
love everything except for the frayed edge on the first piece... i think it looks cool and modern enough without it
Thank you! I prefer a frayed hem, but love hearing others preferences. Thanks for sharing!
Love your channel and your thrift flips
Thank you so much!!
OMG I'm the 1st person here! Never happened to me before hahaha
omg LITERALLY the best feeling. ever heehee

Thank you so much!
I love your flips, so cleaver. I must follow you on IG!!
Thank you so much!! Yes there’s tons of fun stuff over on IG too!
you flips are cute. I am not as blessed with belly that will handle a cropped top. any non cropped ideas?
Thank you! I’m working on some for the website drop on Wednesday. A lot of my flipped tops are going to be cropped because it’s the easiest way to get extra fabric for the flip, but i have plenary of ideas that aren’t cropped
Crop tops are so cute but I have a problem with them being too short when I reach for something 😢

hmmm, strange. I double checked it and it's going to the correct place for me?? Thanks for watching, glad I could send some inspiration your way!
How do you find thrift items since the stores are closed or it’s not safe to shop?
Stores near me are actually open, and I wear my mask, gloves, the whole 9 yards. the stores also do a great job of ensuring everyone’s safety. Thanks for watching!

, great job looking forward to your drop but too many cropped things. Some older women don't really want that
