The funniest thing is this video has 16k views and was uploaded 12 hours ago. The previous video on this channel, uploaded 18 hours ago, only has 6k views. So merely mentioning Asmongold in the title and having him in the thumbnail has just about tripled the views this video would normally have gotten being on this channel.

@@TenebraePatruus Asmongold is the gold standard of reaction content. instead of him sitting half dead on his chair and maybe giggle once he actually talks about what he is watching and can turn a 20 min vid into an hour.

I enjoy Josh's stories but I really put in effort to avoid Asmongold as I personally believe he's an internet gremlin that people just blindly follow and believe, often far past the point of their own self destruction.

I'm not american (as is obvious). I did learn the languaje by myself (i am self taught in many things) And i can freaking understand slang and freaking adopt it.
To be fair tho, that may be because in my country we use a lot of slang and made up words, and words that shouldn't mean something but are used for that something anyway...

Yes but it's not as clippable. The reaction segments form natural chunks that can easily be cut out and posted as clips with minimal editing so you see a disproportionate amount of it
A large creator can comment on someone else's content (especially a smaller creator) without watching the entirety of it and negating the need for people to go view the original. Show whatever minimal amount is required for context and tell your viewers to go watch the original. It's ridiculous. Don't support theft.

Josh is sensative about it, but he got a massive spotlight thanks to Asmon watching his videos.

have you ever watched a stream? The editor also cut out what Asmon was about to say when the clip ended
The joke is that Asmon reacts to other people's content and it gets clipped and posted so if the person who made the original content just posts his reaction it negates it and calls them out
