Where can I buy spacers for the fork to fit 24mm wheels?

The fork comes with red spacers that you’ll have to press out to be able to add spacers since it stops it. Envy 24mm spacers should do the trick

I cloud be stupid but I just bought this and ruver wheels it says "up to 115mm" so I bought 30mm by 115mm and they won't roll? Wtf
