Amazing looking dish!! The addition of gochugaru to the chili oil was a nice little Korean/Chinese fusion. I can imagine the layers of flavor with this one, I will be sure to try it!

you definitely deserve more subscribers and views on each of your videos. very educational video and well edited. one thing i can point out as a dude from Sichuan is you might want to wait till your chili oil completely cooled down before you put into your dish where the oil would be more flavorful than when its hot. (normally takes about 2-4 hrs)
I wish that someday she could do Thai Food, for exemple Pad thai cause I am obsessed, and I don't find an easy recipe. She just makes everything look delicious and easy to make. So pleaseeeeee Love your videos btw.
