REBUILDING MY SQUAD FOR SEASON 2
REBUILDING MY SQUAD FOR SEASON 2
REBUILDING MY SQUAD FOR SEASON 2
Jack: "I Need to strengthen the defense and I'm here looking at strikers..."
Ah yeah, the good ol' WTS classic 😂
Fun Fact: Shunta Aoki and Ryotaro Maeda played at the same uni team as youtuber @hata1soccer, and made frequent appearances in videos from over a year ago
Just want to say in my English Language exam today I put you as an example RUclipsr 😭
Low level transfer specials are the best. Watching Jack’s topsy turvy play with wages he’s willing to pay, and then not pay, and then maybe pay, and then overpay make these my favorite episodes
I think it would definitely be prudent early on in this save game to budget/sign an extra 4-5 players than you're used to having in other leagues. Considering promotion has a 3-games-in-3-days stage followed immediately by a 3-games-in-5-days stage it seems like rotation is the key to promotion. Would rather have 3 players of decent quality in a given position than 1 first choice and 1 backup in it.
What would made you feel even worse in the last episode: “Shibuya City sign Jaime Guerrero” 😂
I'm always impressed that you can look at players and judge that they can do a job in a position at the level you're playing at, despite the attributes not looking great. TY for the uploads.
On my holidays with a beer in hand and a Japanese transfer special - life is good
inglewood in perth australia is one of my good mates favourite local club. he says yamamoto is good!
Yeah so with clubs trying to get to the JFL you are gonna run at a loss, i mean nankatsu are gonna go broke if they dont make JFL this year for example. that is why cup competitions are so important to improve reputation in the lower leagues to get more sponsership income. Tokyo Cup and the Shakaijin Cup are the two main ones
Love this exploration of new leagues! Good work! Where next?
Have you ever compared FM & FMH with a similar challenge running parallel?
I only play FMH these days & miss all those tiny details the full FM gave us.
I feel like Handa didn't get the praise he deserves from you this year. You are always talking about how great Ota is (which is fair since he is the better one) but Handa is not that far behind him.
Actually slightly depressed I now have to wait until tomorrow for another episode
FM25 needs to do more on the fund raising side of things, like community events and things to improve sponsorship income.
Usually you can also ask your DoF for some free options he knows, I used to do it a lot when I did a save in Indonesia
34:15 you should sign him, he will be much better than Otaki and you can make Tiger jokes. Needed
Loving the save Jack inspired me to do my own with FC Kariya.
Somehow I got promoted first time! Nankatsu finished 2nd we both got 7 points.
Nakajima is left footed with 11 free kick taking and 6 corners, not bad for a left foot set piece option, thats a bonus
The way the game engine seems to work at this level it would be great to see a player or 2 with great long shots.
When I heard that you will train Kajitsuka to play as a cb my first instinct was to laugh but then I lookd at his attributes. CB is probaply his best position
I'm a terrible judge of this but I'd cash in on the two lads and reinvest.
Day 252 of praying that another Super Mario will rise and shine in Japan (Mario is technically japanese after all) within this new awesome save and for Jack to actually sign him this time!
Transfer specials are always a blast.
oh, the only bug with the youth cup registration is the redirect to the u18s when you hit the button. you're registering overage players so the actual registration screen is under the first team registration 👍
Excited to see the hot prospect Uchiyama play
It wouldn't be fun to get promoted from this monster of a league in the first try. It's a fun series so far, keep it up!
About Taiga Kameda, while you write his name with the characters for large and river, the pronunciation Taiga (with an elongated final 'a' sound) is also used for the word tiger in Japanese. It wouldn't surprise me if at least informally, his friends call him 'Tiger'.
First transfer special 🙌🏻
Should have a look at Hong Kong under 19s or Singapore. Usually have players with second nationality as Japanese
Hi Jack, will you be manually uploading pictures for players without faces? Loving this series!
Disappointed that the manager name isn't Wok The Space
Did someone holla?! I'm disappointed too, but I don't blame him, look how shiny and hardy I am. He can't handle it.
jack, i feel like you should have offered park first team squad status. might have helped
hard watch for the end yesterday time to be optimistic for next season with a better team
Nakajima with free kick taking of 11, hint hint.
Hot prospect has a polygon of a fish.
Are you using setting where you can see players actual potential? Also what is the green / red star under coach summary on a player that shows what their league capability is? Is that just where your coach thinks they can play?
Given how you basically have to win two back to back tournaments to get out of this league you might actually want to put a bit of an emphasis on getting players that can handle big matches. Normal lower leagues you can afford to take chances with the guys who can show up mentally for 75% of the games that aren't high pressure but this league is a whole other kettle of fish
why is it that everyone has the same name like there are 2 aoki's
Nice intro! :)
Uchiyama with the fish polygon!
Shame about Shunta. Good Robot Wars reference mind... even if transfer specials more resemble Panic Attack or Chaos 2 than Shunt!
Player for team I'm managing YSCC Yokohama called Diego Taba. Try and sign him he is superb!
Can’t wait for the japanese Julian blaise
With the need for epic coaches you need the man the myth the legend the Lanns
Watching this series while an actual 5th tier side knocked a J league out the cup is hilarious
I can't be the only one who just trials every player who's out of contract under the age of 30 and signs the players who maintain good star ratings after a week of being at the club? (I instantly cancel any trialists who are 3* or less to make room for other trialists)
Tokyo Pride! (It's their motto)
Can you say "insignificant" again please?
When is the youth intake Jack?
He briefly said in the video that it would be in April
